Pay Attention To One Thing

There are lots of things you can’t control with action,
But you can control anything from the standpoint
Of alignment with what you believe can come true.
Controlling your vibration is easy to do.
It’s a magical essence you use to anoint
Every day of your life with excitement and fun.

When you get to a place, though, where you can create
What you want, you stop trying to make anything
Happen for you. Things just seem to fall into place.
It’s as if you have tapped into infinite grace,
And it’s true. It’s amazing what focus can bring
Into your life experience and not by fate.

The vibrational frequency you’re achieving,
Practicing and maintaining attracts unto you
Everything that you have. What your mind can believe
Has everything to do with what you can receive.
What will you get if you’re constantly feeling blue?
Innocent little thoughts of lack are deceiving.

There’s no ‘Should I or shouldn’t I’ when you’re aligned
With who you really are. There’s only certainty
That things always work out for you in the long run.
There’s no rush and no effort in getting things done.

Be More Playful about your approach to living,
And accept that the laws of the universe are
Powerful, consistent, and unyieldingly fair.
You could not be more worthy. You could be aware
That you are without question a bright shining star.
You can let go of any practiced misgiving.

Focusing upon things that hold very little
Resistance is an easy and worthwhile way to
Change your vibration quickly, then other things will
Coalesce that are like them. Prepare for the thrill
Of it happening. Your life is a rendezvous
With adventure. You can’t remain noncommittal.

Things that you really care about can begin to
Surprise and delight you. You hold yourself apart
From those things by resistance to feeling better.
Limiting beliefs practiced will only fetter
Your spirit. Is it time that you take this to heart?
Your ability to see depends upon you.

Precision and uniqueness is that which is you.
As you play in life’s contrast, you are creating
Your experience. Start with things that are easy.
From the contrast, you define how things ought to be.
Willingness to take part is appreciating
Life as one sacred process exciting and new.

Blessings Of The Universe

There is so much wellbeing lined up and ready
To come into your life. All that you have to do
Is be willing to focus in the direction
Of feeling just a bit better. You are the one
Who can change the conditions that you think are true.
Where you are now may not be where you want to be.

So, don’t look so much at where you are. Look instead
To the guidance within you. Crack open the door
Ever so slightly, and you will see evidence
Of wellbeing. It’s trying to make its presence
Known to you. It helps you open the door some more.
Then you have some control over what lies ahead.

Pick your battles wisely, or perhaps better yet,
Forget them all because each will slam the door shut.
It comes down to vibration. If you’re negative,
Then the universe and all that it has to give
You block off. You continue in the same old rut.
Your righteous indignation is not an asset.

We’re all in this together. You are not alone.
You’re not trying to prove a thing to anyone.
Feel the power of who you are for one moment.
It’s not difficult, and through your conscious intent,
You become not the problem but the solution,
And the infinite blessings unto you are shown.

Ask, Believe… Receive

All you need is desire, but you hardly ever
Have a wanting for something without a belief
That opposes it. That’s why things have stayed the same,
Which makes you not believe in the attraction game.
Your desire then becomes something that gives you grief.
Your wanting is a spiritual endeavor.

If you could just have a pure desire, it would be
Such a blessing, because without the resistance,
It would manifest easily. If you believe
It can happen, then it’s likely you will achieve
Fulfillment of your wishes. It isn’t by chance
That this happens. Your heart must be resistance free.

Your desire will gain power if you can let go
Of the asking and line up with the energy
That creates worlds and keeps them suspended in space.
That power is your point of attraction and grace.
You do not have to prove or get others to see
The reason for your passion, for they cannot know.

When desires and beliefs match, things fall into place
Without effort, like magic. But when they do not,
Things are difficult. Yet negative emotion
Is your guidance toward a better solution.
As you’re living you life, give it all that you’ve got.
Take advantage of the power that you embrace.

What Is Karma?

What Is Karma? It’s something that is self-imposed.
It’s not punishment. It’s an issue of balance.
Recognizing that I’ve made some awful choices,
I cannot stop my own inner demons’ voices.
That I have run from life is my greatest offense.
It is fitting that all my bad deeds be exposed.

So therefore, in the recognition that I might
Be out of alignment with myself I can choose
To do something about it… To enter a state
Of being that restores me, I carry much weight
So I must go there often. I cannot excuse
What I have done in my past that just wasn’t right.

It’s choosing to be who I am deep down inside
Without all the pretense of the selfish ego.
By comparing my true self with who I am not
I am willing to recognize that what I’ve got
Is a knot in the third chakra. It’s good to know
The nature of my nature with eyes opened wide.

Karma is just a balancing of energy.
It’s momentum is timeless as is a teaching
Of the lessons most basic to being alive.
It is an opportunity for me to strive
To be better. To my old self I am preaching
And indeed I am humbled simply just to be.

Just Relax

You could not be more worthy but you could be more
Aware and more allowing of your worthiness.
Your approach could be softer. Accept that the laws
Of the universe are powerful and the cause
Of all things that occur here. You have full access
To your treasure. There is some excitement in store.

The way that you show yourself that all this is true
Is by focusing on things that do not hold much
Resistance to begin with and then watching how
Universal forces will respond and allow
rendezvous with occasions that will produce such
In a fashion convincing enough to sell you.

Your ability to be receptive to things
That matter to you dearly can surely increase.
As you start focusing in less resistant ways
Wonderful things will happen to you within days.
It is time to relax. Give your wanting some peace.
Contentment in the journey is what your calm brings.

The precision and the uniqueness of who you
Are is represented in this co-creative
Arena of existence. Amid the contrast
Your advantage is huge. Your intention is vast.
You know best with a clear mind just how you should live.
Every moment of being is blessed and new.

Just A Few Laughs Away

All because of the context in which I’m focused,
Understanding who I am I take on with glee.
I like nitty gritty experiences where
I acknowledge that things could be better, and there
Is a trust that I feel that no harm comes to me.
If I can find some laughter in life, it is just.

I make too much of all of this. Life should be fun.
If I lighten up more I’ll find humor in things.
I’m too hard on myself in my relationship
With where I want to be. Misery I can skip
If I make peace with where I am. Many blessings
Are available to me, the determined one.

I’ll play down all the negative things about me
And play up everything positive I can find
In a life punctuated with so much disgust.
How I wish I were able to turn it to dust
But I can’t so I’m forced to just leave it behind.
In my next life I shall behave differently.

I must know that the universe will yield to me
All that I’ve created both now and forever.
Were I given a glimpse of the aerial view
Of my life’s full potential, I wouldn’t be blue.
I would be laughing insanely at whatever.
I’m already crazy. The rest comes easily.

Re-Tune Your Thoughts

When the gas gauge nears empty do you cry in shame
With your head on the steering wheel wondering why
Such a crisis befell you? You’d hoped it would last
But it didn’t so you feel you’ve done things half assed.
You then feel the despair of a life gone awry
And you have no one else but your damned self to blame.

Slap a happy face sticker across that gas gauge.
It’s depressing to look at. Indeed it’s obscene.
This ridiculous scenario is to say
That we have built in gauges that lead us the way
That is of least resistance. Somewhere in between
The absurd and reality our thoughts engage.

It’s an indicator that tells you what you need.
Nothing more or less is it than a messenger.
It is time for a fill up if you don’t feel well.
Do not hang around others and put them through hell.
Offer thoughts more conducive to what you prefer.
Take notice of how you feel, and you will succeed.

When you’re pissed off at someone, that gauge is ignored
To your ultimate detriment. All of your thought
Is devoted to anger, like swimming upstream
When what you want is downstream. This recurring theme
Is the lifelong conundrum in which you are caught.
Having thoughts that aren’t loving you cannot afford.

Are There Good And Bad People?

Another doomsday message that will not be heard
Through the oceans of white noise and others voices
Is today what is offered. My daily routine
Has to do with recording whatever I’ve seen
On my path. And it turns out that I make choices
Contingent to dichotomy and what’s preferred.

Human Nature demonstrates we all are this way –
Always ready to judge something evil or good.
Attitudes form unconsciously and instantly.
That is why it’s so difficult to see clearly
Through the sea of opinion. In all likelihood,
My perceptions are weighted and often betray.

What is liked or disliked by any entity –
Be it person, a sports team, a nation, or skin –
Become part of our makeup. What e’er we decide
Will direct our behaviors. Our egoic pride
Spells disaster for earth. We commit mortal sin
On the largest of scales and with impunity.

Everyone oscillates between means and extremes
Of behaviors along spectra. No one is one
Or the other completely. The space I create
Will evoke good or evil. I’ll not complicate
What is raw truth and feelings. Then growth is begun.
On the global scale, are things as dark as it seems?
