Joy In Every Moment

In your life there are wonderful things happening
And as you count your blessings you can count on more
Of them coming. You’re in just the right place to be
In a state of alignment perpetually.
Here and now you have everything you’re looking for.
It’s easy to find something that makes your heart sing.

When your asking is powerful, powerful too
Must be your understanding of the solution
To your asking. Every question has an answer.
Every new issue becomes a mood enhancer.
Strong momentum accounts for the evolution
Of your point of attracting all that comes to you.

You came into this life experience to be
Where you are here and now. You came here to create
With the much larger nonphysical part of you.
It always has the most positive point of view.
You know to get into the meditative state
When something is keeping you from being happy.

You need not explain anything to anyone
About why you’re so happy. If they’d like to know
Why you are you can tell them that you’ve found the way
To get happy when you’re not therefore you can stay
Satisfied on your journey wherever you go.
Take some pride in the spiritual work you’ve done.

What Is Mindfulness

It’s something that I know I had when I was young
Then I lost it for such a long time then regained
The awareness that I posses naturally.
It fits in well with my spirituality.
Mindfulness meditation can best be explained
As the song of the universe gracefully sung.

I need not get too spiritual about it
For it to be effective. My tapping into
The whole of who I am I’ve come to understand
As my getting into the zone. I can expand
My consciousness in this way. All that I need do
Is to focus intently and not just a bit.

Without interpretation or judgment I am
Well aware of what’s happening all around me.
Guided imagery and breathing methods help to
Relax my mind and body. There’s nothing to do
But exist. This is the definition of free.
About anything else I do not give a damn.

Pay attention to what you’re doing and allow
Your senses to absorb the whole experience.
Treat yourself as your own best friend. You can do this
Anytime that you choose. You’re a moment from bliss.
Mindfulness offers benefits that are immense.
Do embrace the fine art of observing your now.

A Powerful Asking

The convergence of all that you are is aware
Of the life you are living. Your willingness to
Come and play in this physical reality
Is appreciated by the powers that be.
Your body, as a tool, is most useful to you.
Quick response do you get from your intimate prayer.

In your life, there are wonderful things going on.
There is so much awareness. Rockets of desire
Are shot off to the universe which then provides
Opportunities. You are the one who decides
What it is of this world that you want to acquire.
If you answer your own question, all doubt is gone.

Your asking is powerful. Your understanding
Of the Laws of Attraction help you on your way
Toward living as you wish. Here is where you are,
And where you want to be cannot be very far
As long as you remember there’s no price to pay
For the pleasure of watching your world expanding.

Take it easy. Don’t get in anybody’s face.
Here you are where you’d planned to be to co-create
In this earthly arena. Life happens right now.
More blessings will come to you the more you allow
Yourself to be committed to just feeling great.
Answers come through your access to infinite grace.

Life Is A Hoax

The physical universe is basically
Playful, and our existence is interesting,
Yet there is no necessity whatsoever
For the beingness nothingness dares endeavor.
But it’s all here – this grossly perpetual thing
That all is. So does it have every right to be?

It has no destination. It simply exists
In a complex arrangement of infinite cause
And effect between galactic forces at play
That make wonderful music. It wants to convey
Harmony within chaos. It has many laws.
Nonexistence is something it clearly resists.

In this culture it’s all about making the grade.
From the time we’re young children until we are old
We’re taught to get to the ordeal on to success.
We spend most of our adult lives under much stress.
We find out late in life that we’ve been undersold
By ourselves. The best part of us hasn’t been played.

What a bitterly dreadful hoax your life could be
If you won’t hear the music the universe plays.
Serious was your intent before coming here
That you would sing or dance. Are you anywhere near
Your life purpose? Is it one that you yourself praise?
While the music is playing, take part in the glee.

Be The Change

The darkness may be part of an intricate plan
To keep hell alive on earth. The world and its ways
Are atrocious, heartbreaking, and doomed to despair.
Yet, there is a great number of people who care
About life on this planet. Do we give them praise?
Or do we criticize people who say, “I Can!”?

What can you contribute that would do any good?
Don’t listen to the voice that says, “It’s just no use.
I’d be wasting my time, effort, and energy.
Too far out of control this world happens to be.”
Nothing but indolence will this thinking produce.
The still small voice within you can be understood.

All of us have some work to do while we are here.
Everyone has a purpose. Offering something
Of yourself to the problem can make your life whole.
Life can work through and use you. Let it take control.
Be the change that you want. Let the universe bring
You impulses and guidance. Your purpose is clear.

How will you serve the world? What does it need that your
Special talent can offer? The effect that you
Have on others can be the most valuable
Currency that there is. Do be ever grateful
To be the instrument of change. All that you do
Is from love or fear. Which one is of more splendor?

Life Is Now! It’s not when you reach your final goal.
An occasional cruise it is not, nor is it
Just a simple vacation. It’s every moment
That you have to be you and totally present.
It is not once you’re retired that you benefit
From the good things in life that will render you whole.

Who you are and what you’re about is your focus
But your inner being has an interest too.
It’s appreciating where you are and is proud
Of your progress in life and that you have allowed
It to guide you along the path that’s true for you,
And your readiness is helpful to all of us.

Only wonderful things occur past heaven’s gates.
In this physical world they can be realized
Because this world creates them through people’s desires.
To experience heaven on earth it requires
That your feeling your best only be emphasized.
When asking is powerful, the answer awaits.

Get Ready for the next moment, then the next one…
And the next… Life’s a series of single pieces
Of creative existence. If you can maintain
Your intent to be happy, you’ve so much to gain.
The more you allow, the more your joy increases.
Happily ever after is how life is done.

Dealing With A Controlling Spouse

Following a long illness he decided to
Retire early. His spouse became the caretaker.
Which he appreciated, but lately she’s been
Obsessive about it. He does not like it when
She controls his activity. He would prefer
Less attention paid to him. What should the man do?

She believes she is doing the right thing, of course.
She refuses to listen to what others say.
Corrective meditation does him little good.
It is difficult when things are not understood
By them both, and they just cannot go on this way.
If continued it could even lead to divorce.

It was a good co-creative attraction in
That he needed some caretaking, and she was there
To provide it profusely. He doesn’t care for
What he’s attracted and cannot take any more
Of what he now considers her abusive care.
Communication is the best place to begin.

He could have some fun with this and make it a game,
Using words carefully so as not to offend.
“I needed some caretaking. You’re magnificent!
But I didn’t need meddling or constant torment.
You’re an awesome controller, but I am your friend.”
Understanding is needed or things stay the same.
