You Get What You Believe

The Result of Deep Focus

It’s a different orientation when you
Understand that you create your reality.
You are the sole attractor of all that you get.
Whenever things come to you that you do regret
It’s because you’re not believing it completely.
Things that happen are because of your point of view.

Your life is created by the story you tell,
And by things you remember, and conversations.
It’s about how you feel about things and about
Finding ways to enjoy life… to mitigate doubt
That you are meant to be here. All the conditions
Are set up by the power intent does compel.

Do intend to be joyful in every moment.
Find something you can focus upon, and create
A magnificently clear point of attraction.
You do not have to think about getting things done.
You enhance your commitment to feeling just great
By acknowledging when things reflect your content.

Guide yourself to awareness and observations
Of things turning out your way as you get to know
How to tune yourself instantly into that space
Where you’re fed by the cosmos’ infinite grace.
Turning thoughts into things that will constantly flow
Is what you came here for. You’re among blessed ones.

Symptoms Of A Sick Mind

Fantasy Flight

We’re a high-flying species. We take to the air
That grows ever more toxic. All there is to eat
Is of minimal value to what bodies need.
Our perverted economy is ruled by greed.
So, to deal with our ailments, our fate is complete
With reliance on big pharma and managed care.

Were my hand to betray me and strike at my head
One would say I’ve a problem. I’d have to agree.
Yet, the mind beats the crap out of all that we are.
That it would create illness is not so bizarre.
Our own science has proven this to some degree.
On the whole, our humanity remains mislead.

The external conditions we cannot control.
It takes painstaking effort, then most must agree.
We have made illness natural, and of wellness
We have cast to the wayside for some sick success.
We can know this and take action to the degree
That we’re grounded in nature. That can be our goal.

Wipe Your Ass, Neighbor!

The Industrial Assault On Nature

People knock on my door. They’re concerned with my lawn.
By now, I’ve got a sign up that says, “Go To Hell!”
My yard needs not a manicure. This ain’t The Hills.

Folks are hard up. I get that. They need to pay bills.
But then so do I. That’s why I’m such a hard sell.
One would think that conclusion is clearly foregone.

So, am I a good neighbor? I keep my yard clean
Of debris that blows into it from other yards.
Yet folks keep their yards well-trimmed, then scrutinize mine.
When they think it needs cutting, their looks aren’t benign.
What looms ever more ominous a house of cards
Are the yards of the toxic industrial machine.

Such an animal belches and farts like a pig.
Many people in neighborhoods throughout the land
Act the same way with misguided taste for disdain.
I spend time making content. Others think they’ll gain
From the waste air-apparent from providers grand.
The unwanted neighbor is one who has grown big.
