Start Asking Spirit For Help

The distress you experience from day to day.

Be assured that through spirit you can find your way

Of spiritual energy. You can access
Your own spirit by altering your consciousness
Or you can simply by paying more attention
To how you feel. You can find contentment at will.

Your emotional guidance system connects you
With your spirit. Whenever you feel negative
Emotion it means that you’re not in agreement
With your spirit. Only by your conscious intent
Do you ask in a way that your spirit will give

When you make your transition from your physical
Body back into nonphysical a process
Of clearing happens. Thoughts of negativity
Are released. From all resistance you become free.
You return to your pure clarity of wholeness.
How it happens escapes your human rationale.

Isn’t it logical though that if negative
Thoughts don’t reemerge with you they cannot return
In a future life? The reason you don’t recall
Your Past Lives is because they don’t matter at all
To how you live your current life and your concern
With the past will play havoc with how you now live.

You don’t come back to fix the mess you left behind
Nor to compensate for your ill deeds of the past.
You come here for the newness each time you arrive.
In this world of the physical you’re meant to thrive.
Spirit smiles upon you when you’re having a blast.
It’s the general mission of all humankind.

Sometimes you’ll see someone who has a tremendous
Talent or genius for something. Their momentum
Was started in a past life and continues on
Through the present life and what you’re focused upon
With intensity is what you benefit from.
Your Past Lives are not something for you to discuss.

Under that un-condition nothing can prevent
Your dream from manifesting and it may exceed
What you think would be perfect. Your love is for real.

Your partner is real also. The universe knows
Where you both are and how to bring you together.
Feel the love of belonging and it won’t be long
Before you will find someone who’s singing your song.
Keep your heart happy and as light as a feather.
That is when all kinds of loving energy flows.

In the absence of what you want. You came here for

Be aware of your vibrational offerings.

Is the one most accessible. It’s unfolding
Right in front of you. You don’t have to do a thing
But accept it by giving your spirit the chance
To evolve so that your consciousness may expand.

Use every trick in every book that you can find
To get happy. This is who you were meant to be.
Live your life the way you intended. Be aware
Of your thoughts and feelings. Simply take better care
Of your point of attraction. Vibrationally
You’re at one and with the universe you’re aligned.

Why Aren’t I A Millionaire Yet?

If you’re asking yourself this you’re introducing
Resistance into the equation. Just step back
Away from the specifics and go general.
Get yourself to believe that the universe shall
Give it to you. You may have some feelings of lack
In your current vibration and in your asking.

“I have the potential to receive anything
That I want.” There’s no resistance in that statement.
“I’m getting better at this. I’m getting closer
To where I want to be and all that I prefer.”
The key to your receiving is feeling content
And trusting in all that the universe will bring.

“I know that others who are now billionaires were
At one time standing right where I’m standing right now.
I look for abundance everywhere that I go
And I’m thankful for all of the blessings that flow
Presently into my life. I’ve learned to allow
My thinking to be on the things I most prefer.”

This productive self-talk can be done easily.
Just acknowledge the things that you can acknowledge.
Feed the appetite of your realization.
Be content in the knowledge that you are someone
Who can navigate well out on this leading edge
Of creation where anything can come to be.

You were Source Energy before you came into
This physical body. You don’t remember that.
There’s a reason but we won’t get into that now.
It’s important only that you learn to allow
Some advice while engaging in mortal combat
With the world. It’s what you think you came here to do.

What the hell is Source Energy? Let’s call it God
Even though that word conjures so much confusion.
The Source Energy spoken of here is supreme
Consciousness whose energy is a steady stream
Of wellbeing. Through it all things on earth are done.
How you think about God can’t be taken as odd.

And you still are Source Energy even though you
Have this body to deal with. Use it as a tool
For sorting out your preferences. Be easy
About life but do live life deliberately.
Ask the provident principal of this earth school
For help with your work. It’s the wisest thing to do.

When you know what you don’t want you know what you do.
It’s a simple equation. When someone is rude
You want them to be nicer. Your inner being
Knows all that you want and is always agreeing
With your wishes. In high regard you’re always viewed.
It knows only the true magnificence of you.

Abundance Unlimited

What I love about living is all the freedom
To be, do, or have anything. This universe
Is abundant. Those who are now wealthy once were
Just like me so I can live the life I’d prefer
And it’s time now for all that exists to disburse
Unto me a way of getting lots of income.

In my own life experience I look for the
Abundance – not just money but clarity and
Physical energy and wellbeing. I know
That I will come across more by my doing so.
That I can have it all is what I understand.
I am thankful for what so far has come to me.

I know that it won’t all come immediately.
I would not want it that way. A nice steady stream
Flowing to me is what I want. I don’t have to
Figure it all out at once. Indeed what is true
Is that unseen forces are aware of my dream
In explicit detail. What a joy to be free!

I love the interest I have on so many
Different subjects. I’m the creator of my
Own reality. I know intuitively
What to do. My abundance is absolutely
Guaranteed all without my not having to try.
All I need to do is live my life happily.

Who’s Creating Your Reality?

If you have the desire to be a good person
And you think that you’re not, then you’re right in the way
Of a better thing happening because you are
Not a bad person really. You may have strayed far
Off your path at times. You may have failed to obey
All the rules and have angst about things you have done.

Your inner being knows that you are already
A magnificent person. It knows your goodness
Unequivocally. All the effort you make
To recall and resolve every single mistake
Made by you in a lifetime only brings distress.
You’re the physical essence of Source Energy.

When it’s said that you create your reality
Who is ‘you’ in that statement? Is it who you feel
Is yourself in the physical? Or is it your
Inner being or both? It’s all these things and more.
It’s the human collective. It would be ideal
If on this topic every person could agree.

Differences there are sometimes between who you
Really are and the physical you, but the pain
Shows you that your inner being is quite aware
Of your plight, and it knows how to get you from there
To a better place. In the long run you attain
True alignment with all that you’ve evolved into.

No Matter How It Looks

When I look at my troubled past, all I can see
Is someone who has taken too many wrong turns.
I’d call myself a loser, were it not a sin
To agree with most others. How can I begin
To make peace? This is the biggest of my concerns.
Does the universe find disappointment in me?

I’m not well and have never been. I can accept
That I may be dangerous to society,
But my inner being doesn’t see me that way.
It helps me to put up with myself through the day.
How I’ve been in the past matters so much to me
That at functioning here and now I am inept.

Things are always working out for me No Matter
How It Looks at any point in time, and if I
Can accept this as truth and feel myself worthy
Of releasing my past, much better off I’ll be.
It makes no sense for me to keep wondering why
I evolved as I did. Screw the mental chatter.

I can think and feel, therefore, I can be aware
Of what happens because of it. I have control
Of my own thoughts and feelings. Things will be alright.
I am worthy of the good things in life despite
The perceived severe toxicity of my soul.
The relief is like taking a breath of fresh air.

On What Will You Focus?

Your physical body. You’re pure Source Energy,
And the more you believe it, the more you will see
Evidence that proves that you definitely can
Have anything you want come to you easily.

Your path of least resistance is not clear for you
If you face your reality as it is now.
You create a much better one by letting go
Of the past and by letting the universe show
You what it can do when you’re prepared to allow.
Be aware of the frequency you are tuned to.

Some would have you tune to theirs, but that’s not the way
It should happen. You have your own guidance system.
You’re building your vibrational reality
Moment by moment. Before you know it, you’ll be
Treating your clear focus like a most precious gem.

Know Your Worthiness

You arrived here, and since then, you’ve added to it
A lifetime of experience. When you feel love,
Peacefulness, or appreciation, these kinds of
Emotions match your vortex, and they will permit
Access to what you’ve put there and even much more.

Many times, throughout your day, you’re in the vortex.
It’s that place where you feel as happy as can be.
It’s a sort of a brief spiking of energy.
In the moment, you’re in touch with divinity.
You cannot stay there all the time, but hopefully,
Getting there doesn’t have to be all that complex.

As you hang around in that range of emotions
The more you are able to maintain it, and you
Can do that rather easily. Feeling worthy,
Blessed, and loved is sustainable naturally.
You need not hype the vortex whatever you do.
How you feel is immune to fantastic notions.

Sometimes just sitting quietly contemplating
With a feeling of utter wellbeing can be
A way into your vortex. Anytime you’re not
Feeling negative emotion, you have a lot
Going for you. Simply because you are worthy,
There is magic in everything you’re creating.

Your Emotional Frequency

Of a semblance of accuracy? No one can.
So why do they keep trying? Is their intention
To piss off we the people? If so, it is done.
A fortune teller is more reliable than
The fallacious forecasting one does often see.

You can control the weather by controlling the
Only thing that you can control – your vibration.
Yet, the word ‘control’ may be a bit misleading.
In this instance, it means that you are succeeding
In doing the only thing that needs to be done.
You ‘control’ your vibration emotionally.

Your vibrational stance of alignment is your
Way of changing reality. By how you feel,
You adjust your attention to feeling better.
You send to the universe an open letter
Stating your declaration of what is ideal.
Whatever you focus on, it will give you more.

Having practiced the vibrational frequency
Of achieving, maintaining, and owning what you
Have created, now everything else will follow.
How can this be a difficult pill to swallow?
Feeling good is the only thing there is to do.
You can get a whole lot done emotionally.

Life Is A Vacation

This path of culmination is co-creation
Between ourselves and spirit because anyone

That Life Is A Vacation is becoming clear
To me as someone now physically focused.
Blissfulness begets boredom in reality.
That’s why spirit allows for resistance to be
One of our standard choices. We must learn to trust
In our gut feelings always to mitigate fear.

To the things we want the path of least resistance
Is revealed. If you’ve got resistance going on
Then you can’t see the path and put too much effort
On achieving things. Your sweat and tears only thwart
What is coming right to you. Conclusions foregone
Favor this fine vacation within the expanse.

Focus Only On This

Public hearings are underway. Riveted are
The world’s eyes on the goings on. Things in Ukraine
Are the same as expected. Mass shootings were nil
For the past week or so. The raw instinct to kill
Was felt only – not witnessed. The proudly insane
Have upon the nation left a terrible scar.

Justice is entertainment. It makes absolute
Sense that we pay attention to what’s happening
Because of its importance in reality
But to stay focused there makes it harder to see
Signs of hope or improvement. What’s interesting
Is that reality is a fatal pursuit.

Our control of the weather is yet within reach
In the far distant future, but even right now
Among those in alignment with all they’ve become.
What goes on it the real world we can escape from
Long enough so that when needed we can allow
Spiritual insights from those who want to teach.

Focus only on controlling your vibration
Which is how you feel at any given moment.
Doing so, you have power to create what you
Want in perfect detail, knowing that it is true
That you can achieve that state of pure alignment.
Most of your work in this sense is already done.

Harmonics of this frequency can be applied
To our vast electronics, but then the dude died.
We could benefit from his wisdom here and now
If the powers controlling this green earth would care.

Radiations from our electronics affect
Living things on this planet in numerous ways.
They’ve been known to cause illnesses like depression,
Heart disease, and cancer, all while we’re having fun
With our nifty devices. Yet nobody pays
Much attention. Is this what we’ve come to expect?

It’s been proven by science that tuning into
The earth’s magnetic frequency reduces stress.
It improves brain function and rejuvenation
Of the cells of the body of the injured one…
And all life. There’s no illness that we need address
But our own limitations, including our view.

The Frequency Of Abundance

From subatomic particles to galaxies
Vibrate at their own frequency. It is the Law
Of Attraction whose job it is to manage all
And to sort out the same ones. The complexities
One can’t fathom. The delicate mind does it twist.

Understand that the manifestations that will
Soon materialize each have a frequency.
If you tune yourself to it, it will come faster
And with minimal practice you’ll be a master
Of self-tuning. Your intent and focus are key.
Your dreams the universe has the urge to fulfill.

Abundance has a frequency. How does it feel?
If one could put words to it which ones would apply?
It feels like ease and freedom. It feels like fresh air.
It does not feel like jealousy, fear, or despair.
It feels like clarity – a most elegant high.
In your reality you create the ideal.

Money may be a tough subject to talk about.
There is too much momentum built up. So go for
Something else that feels just the same as abundance.
You’ve the ability in every circumstance
To practice the seed vibration. You can’t ignore
What you have much of already without a doubt.

Where Is Heaven?

Heaven is on this earth plane, some people have said.
But for me to believe that there’d have to be some
Lame condition that would have to be satisfied.
Yet what I dare demand offers access denied.
I have trouble believing that the kingdom come
Has no queen and is right here on this rock instead.

We are told that the nature of heaven is bliss
And of unending loving of God and of all
That exists to cast love upon, including us
Through our intimate journeys and absent the fuss
Of conditions of any kind. No one is small
In this place of pure spirit. I do believe this.

Could heaven be connected to earth in some way
That makes one an imperfectly real reflection
Of the rest of existence? If this could be true
It becomes then much easier to take the view
That I do have some trouble with. I am the one
Who shall find the connection to joy come what may.

This fantastic phenomenon of existence
Remains all that has ever been projected here
In this moment. This leading edge of creation
Is where spirit is focused. Each and everyone
Of us is part of heaven that heaven holds dear.
The freedom offered by this notion is immense.

Awareness And Self-Empowerment

To be as little children, alive and carefree…
To believe that all good things forever come true
Is to be in a state older folks won’t admit
Feels a lot better than the false need to commit
To a rigid philosophy. All that we do
Can come through openheartedness, and easily.

I offer my vibration to the universe.
In that way I create a point of attraction.
What then come into my life by sheer momentum
Are the manifestations. All of them come from
What I focus on mostly. I can be someone
Who is kind and fun loving and not the reverse.

Seventeen seconds is all it takes to jump start
The cold momentum engine. Full throttle it runs
After more than a minute of intense focus
On the thing that is wanted – or not. It is thus
Infinitely better and it will help me tons
If I tend to the things that are close to my heart.

I can get out ahead of it long before it
Creeps upon me unnoticed. I have more control
Of my day at the start of it. I can align
My vibration so that everything is just fine.
And as children I have but one intimate goal
Which is to have as much fun as life will permit.

Focus Only On This

You can focus your relationship with weather
And control its behavior vibrationally.
There’s a lot you cannot do by action or force
And there’s nothing you can’t do when you know the source
Of your wisdom and welfare. You most want to be
In a place where, by your attitude, things occur.

When you get to that place, you stop trying so hard
To control your environment. You’ve come to know
That your place of alignment gets everything done.
Your relaxing into things and having more fun
Is the way to do business and mitigate woe.
Anything that does not work you now may discard.

Universal Intelligence is a real thing.
It creates what is conscious throughout its domain
It responds to what’s asked for in myriad ways.
Knowing this completely, one must shout out in praise.
There’s no reason to wallow in sorrow and pain.
Focus only on the good your wanting can bring.

Control the only thing that you’d want to control.
Your vibrational stance of connection is key
To achieving fulfillment. Maintain alignment
With your passion and patience because you are meant
To have all of your dreams become real easily.
It may seem like controlling. It’s just being whole.
