Make the journey your goal, then you’re having success
Instantly, but if you make the destination
More important and you’re not there, you introduce
Resistance. All your efforting is of no use.
On the way to what you want, you want to have fun.
Letting go of the goal leads to your happiness.

Get your emphasis in the right place. It’s easy
To let go of the absence of what you wish for.
Look for things to be happy about on the way
To forever. It’s important for you to stay
In the state of receiving what you want and more.
You will get what you wish for eventually.

It helps if you go general. “I always get
What I want. It may take a while. Usually,
It has happened quite quickly. So I can expect
That it will happen this time. I have a direct
Link to the vortex of all that I’ve come to be.
I’m okay with it not having come to be yet.”

“I’m really good at this now that I understand
How the laws of the universe work, and I’m sure
That my vibration is in tune with my desire.”
With this attitude there’s nothing you can’t acquire.
On your journey you don’t want to take a detour
Into darkness. Of your life you are in command.

Stopping Time

There’s nothing wrong with this world. There’s no need for me
To tune into the breaking news. Nothing’s broken.
All is well with the universe. Everything’s fine.
Each and everyone is a spark of the divine,
Even those whose consciousness is not awoken
To the awesome perfection of reality.

Life is supposed to be good for me. That is all
That I need to remember. My inner being
Agrees with me wholeheartedly, therefore I feel
Confident that I can make my dream become real.
To interpret, then respond to what I’m seeing
Is to be captivated by things that are small.

My emotions are my best of friends because they
Are my guidance on my path of least resistance.
Whether negative or positive, they tell me
If I’m tuned or not to the proper frequency
Of receiving some insight. Life can be a dance
Of excitement if I choose to have it that way.

Things are supposed to work out for me, and they are
For the most part. More is working out than is not.
I can deal with the notion of disharmony.
I can line up with the positive energy
Of the universe. I can give life all I’ve got.
I know then that my vibration is up to par.

If you are ornery and you’re beating the drum
Of resentment, self-pity, envy, or disgust
With the way life is treating you, you cannot be
In the state of receiving your lover, you see.
In the whole process you must be willing to trust,
Then you’re on your way to a successful outcome.

Yes, you do have a lover who is over there
Where you’re not. You must be a Cooperative
Component for the rendezvous to manifest.
Unseen, provident forces work at your behest
To help you live the best life a person could live.
