Keep your focus on what you find most fulfilling.
For anybody this is excellent advice.

You’re not looking for an answer. You’re looking for
A most pleasant path. Let that be your only goal.
Never ending solutions to never ending
Situations will satisfy you. Attending
To how you feel is how you take care of your soul.
You know how to keep your mind on what you adore.

There’s not some outside judgment wanting you to be
Somewhere that you’re not. Where you are is where you are.
How you feel about where you are is what matters.
You know how to keep quiet the mind that chatters.
The solution to a problem is never far
From your having all because you live happily.

Do whatever it takes to get yourself happy
And then stay there by constant appreciation
For all that’s going well for you and don’t compare
Yourself with anyone else. Your success is where
You find happiness. In any situation
You can be in alignment and resistance free.

Is there a simple way? Many know the answer
And it’s Yes! You’ve got to care about how you feel

Once You Get This your life will turn out as it should.
Everything that you do will then have much appeal.
Simply living life becomes a mood enhancer.

You’re not looking for the answer. You’re looking for
The most pleasant path. Having a goal may be the
Reason you focus on your path. Never ending
Answers and moving forward begin happening
In your experience. It’s the way it should be.
You’ve the freedom to do the things you most adore.

There’s not such a big gap between where you are and
The solution that seems so very far away
And there’s appreciation that that solution
Will emerge and turn out to be the perfect one.
Happiness is the only price there is to pay.
Let It Grow! It has infinite room to expand.

Find a way to get happy and keep yourself there.
Life becomes so delicious. Enjoy the freedom
You were born with. A shift in vibration is due
For conditions to conform to your point of view.
Get prepared for all the wonderful times to come.

The Instrument To Heal Is The Soul

Relaxing By The Water

The soul is the instrument that needs to be healed.
But what is the soul? Let us walk up to the door
Of the soul and knock gently. Who answers may be
One of wisdom or ignorance. If you can see
Past your sorrows you’re able to tolerate more
Of life’s contrast wherein your power is revealed.

Think of someone you truly hate and can’t forgive
For the harm they have done you. Now what if they said,
“What a bummer. I’m sorry. I never meant to
Do you harm. Let’s just call it a day.”?
How would you

Feel about it? Would negative thoughts fill your head
And your heart? Can this be the way you’d want to live?

Now let’s change the story a bit. What if this one
That you hate so much came up to you and said, “I
Really screwed up and I did it all consciously.
I knew that it would hurt you. That didn’t stop me
From behaving improperly. I don’t know why
I committed this act. I hate what I have done.”?

Each scenario knocks on the door to the soul.
But which one does the healing? And which causes pain
To resurface. Both victim and victimizer
Can experience healing. Which is the wiser
Choice to make? Which way can net spiritual gain?
In each moment you can play the enlightened role.

Satisfy Your Dreams

Breathe

Your body is responding primarily to
The content of your thoughts, and right here and right now,
It is benefiting from your positive view
Of your life. Let the fresh air invigorate you.
Let the fullness of each breath begin to allow
Your adventurous spirit to dream something new.

Your life is supposed to feel good to you, and you
Are meant to feel happiness in your life. You are
Meant to satisfy your dreams. Breathe in; then breathe out
All the mental clutter and the feelings of doubt
From the day before. What you’ve accomplished thus far
Is alignment. Breathing is all you have to do.

Physical wellbeing is flowing to you now.
Breathe in all your abundance. Breathe out negative
Belief structures. Your are doing extremely well.
By the way that you’re feeling you surely can tell
That your body’s responding. The more that you give
It attention, the more wellness you will allow.

Relax and enjoy the unfolding. Be aware
Of what’s happening to you and appreciate
What is now. Be most eager about what’s to come.
There’s no doubt that you’ll get immense benefit from
Breathing your way into a more positive state
