Secret Teachings

Humankind has been struggling since our time began.
This we know. It has never been hidden away.
So if some folks have answers to kindly address
How we make of our lives such a God awful mess
And how to rectify things, then why do they prey
On the weak human psyche? What is their sick plan?

It turns out that the secret has always been out
So there has never been one. The truth we all know
By the way we engage the law of allowing.
Through our misguided upbringing we miss the thing
That is of most importance to help us to grow
Into proper alignment with no sense of doubt.

This is an evolving, expanding universe.
It’s not something that someone has all figured out…
Where the angels in heaven kick back and tell us
Little ones to be like them. This superfluous
Notion is less than truthful and fettered in doubt
As the expectation is for better or worse.

There must be expansion in order for there to
Continue to be existence. With expansion
Comes contrast and discernment – the ability
To anticipate, speculate, and mold freely.
We are born with this knowledge. There is not a one
Who does not know the secret or at least a clue.

Healing Through Alignment

How does my belief system or my alignment
Affect cells of my body? And can it reverse
Or eradicate a diagnosis given
To me by the good doctor? I’m ever driven
By my mindset and attitude. They are a curse
If I can’t clean them up through my conscious intent.

Everything is about alignment. All illness
Is about resistance, but this path may be least
Resistive in the long run. Within all contrast
Is the clarity needed for joy unsurpassed.
Flow of energy through the body is decreased
By some form of resistance. Typically it’s stress.

Illness is about energy moving faster
Than my body allows it. It is resistance
To the wealth of wellbeing that is natural.
It’s made worse by my having a sick rationale
About living in general. This circumstance
Can make of my life one colossal disaster.

If I summon the energy, I must make sure
That I’m fit to receive it. I need to relax
And release the resistance by keeping ahead
Of such manifestations of consummate dread.
My health is something I can’t let fall through the cracks.
I know that my alignment is the perfect cure.

The Cycle

When one thinks about cycles what things come to mind?
Life is full of examples. Infinite they are.
So ingrained in the psyche, the symbol is seen
In everything observed. All is one great machine.
We’re the consciousness that can perceive its own star.
Cyclic is the way the universe is designed.

We, conceived of the heavens, conceive in return
The apparent perfection of all creation.
The grand clock of the cosmos keeps eternity
As its parts keep time only, yet naturally,
We’re enthralled by this thing that may forever run
And delight in all that we may never discern.

The seasons are the numbers upon the round face
Of the analog drama of which we’re a part.
The magnificent contrast gives us assurance
That fulfillment of wanting is the circumstance
That is dominant. This is how all thought should start.
Integral are the cycles that generate grace.

To Be or To Be not is the challenge taken.
Every speck of existence gathers momentum
That the cosmos responds to. Each then can receive
Through belief in The Cycle. They all interweave.
We have internal knowing of what is to come
Because we cycle through it again and again.

Love

To feel better than I do right now is for me
A continuing process, I’m right on the brink
Of appreciation. In the vicinity
Of hopefulness constantly is where I’m to be.
No concern have I for what others often think
Of themselves and of life itself unconsciously.

May I be an optimistic leaning person,
Making the best of things as they are and always
Looking for the best thoughts and feelings as they come?
Such a positive outlook may be hard for some.
One begins with a heartfelt admission of praise
For this fabulous universe where all is one.

I love knowing that people are feeling better
And imagining what this world can manifest.
The prosperity that humankind has amassed
And the way the economy remains steadfast
Despite many world crises means that we are blessed
And each of us wants to be a love begetter.

The wellbeing of this planet says all is well.
I love being the best way that I can express
What I love about living this life that is mine.
From a distant perspective everything is fine.
I love knowing that this state you too may access.
There’s no other one worthy from what I can tell.

The Nutshell Of All Being

The process in a nutshell of manifesting
Is a series of five steps. The first is, I ask.
That I can’t help but doing. Life shows me contrast
So that I’ll want for better. It may not come fast
Yet asking is not nearly as daunting a task
As preparing and waiting to get everything.

Step two is, it is answered by the universe
That is not of my doing, but I must believe
The vibrational version that I’ve created.
All that I need to do is keep looking ahead
On the way to fulfillment. I’m not so naïve
As to think it can’t happen. That would be a curse.

So the gist of step three is admitting it’s real
And accept that what I ask is already done.
Then step four is getting really good at step three.
Stepping into alignment comes naturally.
I’ve found out how to quiet my mind and have fun.
I’m worthy of the goodness that life may reveal.

Step five is to experience contrast again
And know that it’s a good thing. It helps me to grow.
Expansion is what’s wanted. I need solutions
Which means that I need problems. Thus the cycle runs
In an unending fashion. This is good to know.
In a nutshell, I always end up where I’ve been.

Get Out Of The Way

Your true self is in heaven and is always high
In vibration, but your lesser self may not be.
Yet the contrast is forever in your control.
If you let go of worry, You will feel more whole.
As your frequency rises, much more you can see.
The emotional spectrum is what we live by.

The rise in your vibration defeats the contrast
And the lowering of it makes living more tough.
Our beliefs come from thought forms that we’ve practiced well.
By the way we are living most others can tell
What our nature of thinking is and other stuff
We’d prefer to keep private and ever bypassed.

Meditation is helpful. It quiets the mind
By your focusing on something neutralizing
Like your breathing or rainfall. It’s not difficult.
You will know a new wholesomeness as a result.
You could also just appreciate. Daydreaming
Is another fine method if you’re so inclined.

Do feel blessed enough to let yourself feel good.
You can trust the nonphysical out in deep space.
Why not trust those in spirit who guide us along?
Getting out of your own way, you cannot go wrong.
Let the universe show you its infinite grace.
That self which is your truest knows well that you should.

Your Real Work

When you ask, it is given. This fact is well known.
There are those who live happily ever after,
And they’re God awful many. Don’t make the mistake
Of thinking they exist not. Such folk are awake
And are full of wellbeing and wholesome laughter.
They’re for real and among us as their love is shown.

Your vibration is stable when you reach that place,
Having practiced your climate of maximum good,
Where you’re not as reactive to this or that thing
As you once were. Your newfound vibration will bring
All the things that you’ve ever dreamt, as well it should.
You have opened yourself up to infinite grace.

This world need not be stable when yours is intact
Because your tuned vibration creates everything.
People’s worlds are unstable, so don’t get your nose
Into those anguished places of issues and woes.
Staying true to Your Real Work happiness will bring.
The vibration you manage is what you attract.

But it never gets done. There is always contrast,
And you’ll never stop wanting. So on your life goes…
Happily ever after. Can this be maintained
In a world that keeps changing? Yes, if you have trained
Yourself into alignment. One dodges life’s lows
By the work done to put out a better broadcast.

Be Easy

What goes on in a real world is ripe to be feared.
Civil War has been raging cold since Reagan’s reign.
Fair elections endangered along with the laws
Of a once free democracy gives no one pause
But the people right in there who must be insane.
Contrast is no illusion. It’s hardly revered.

But I’m here for the contrast. Isn’t everyone?
That’s how I know precisely ways things ought to be.
I’ll keep myself deliberately in a state
On my path of enlightenment absent the weight
Of a gravity timestamp. I’ll make history
In the ways that are playful, exotic, and fun.

Through sublime insignificance I play the role
Of the avid observer with passion to tell
What e’er may be of focus. A unique witness,
I need not hold resistance, for that causes stress.
I can test life with small things and watch them turn well
And then tell all about it. That makes me feel whole.

Improvement comes with practice at being easy.
It can only get better if I up the game
With attention to bigger amid the contrast
That exists to excite me. The angst is bypassed.
My uniqueness I dare to proclaim without shame.
I can make a big deal out of coming to be.

Be Easy About Life

Wishing life would get easy gets old too damned fast
For the spirit within me to keep a straight face
While pretending to see it as many highways.
Up and down, then around things, they’re often a maize
In the menacing mindscape. Is there saving grace?
Or is there no escape from the life of contrast?

“I wish I were a willow…” is no wizard’s way
To finagle a safe wiggling out of this mess
That I’d something to do with. To be but a tree
In a blanket of sunlight with no way to see
All the world it reveals is to be without stress,
Gravity notwithstanding nor how it may sway.

Rather, I am the substance of all I desire –
All the passion and focus I feed to the dream
Of becoming who I really am at my core.
Am I worthy of good things? I couldn’t be more!
My uniqueness is one with the energy stream
From which life flows. Struggle my life doesn’t require.

All There Is provides meaning to focus offered.
Holding little resistance, oneself will allow
Only good things to happen. The contrast I feel
Is the pearl in the oyster that life will reveal.
All I need do is kick back and let life endow
Me with joy and wellbeing. My Spirit Be Heard!

The Cycle

There are cycles unending wherein I am one
With all others on this earth and all that exists.
How do I lead my consciousness of time and space
To evoke the momentum of God’s loving grace?
Within all life’s occurrences motion persists
Only in one direction and never is done.

Contemplating on cycles, I feel out the parts
That each one is made up of. Must there be contrast
So that goodness can be seen amid the chaos?
Can I manage somehow to stop thinking of loss
Long enough to allow good momentum to last?
Since each has no beginning, can there be false starts?

There are steps to creation. The yearning I feel
Causes asking, which causes motion, then forces
Of the universe amplify what has been made.
Only through my impatience is goodness delayed.
Maintaining the alignment with who my source is
Is the grease for the axle that quiets the wheel.

Maintenance of continuance rightly includes
Times of darkness. To get through them, and then to grow…
It’s a life I’m well suited for. Which path I choose
At any given moment is either the blues
Or the way of fulfillment. What more need I know?
I’m aware of the wonder each cycle exudes.
