Perhaps you should go to a university
And take that fifty-K a year job like all those
Many who’ve gone before you. But are they fulfilled?
Chances are the spirit within them has been killed
All because of the unworthy path that they chose
As they learn to face up to their reality.

This insane world teaches you that you’re limited,
That the world is a tough place, and that you must play
It safe always because there’s a finite amount
Of resources. This world teaches you to discount
Your own worthiness in a very subtle way.
Shortage consciousness among people is widespread.

But the truth is that you can achieve anything
That you want. There’s no limit – no separation
Between you and the universe. You can allow
Wellbeing to become you as soon as right now.
Every moment is ripe for a new creation.
Be receptive to what the universe can bring.

What you think you deserve you will always attract.
This world is a canvas made especially for
You to paint on with your own imagination.
You’re the artist. Get to work. You’re the only one
To decide you can do it. Keep open the door
To your source of creation and make an impact.

Be as easy as being aware of how you
Feel in each moment. Like The Law of Allowing
You use it to draw unto yourself anything
You could want just as long as you’re not feeling blue.
You begin to receive within a short time span.

We all have within us this truly amazing
Capability to manifest. We do so
By our focused attention on what we want to
Become real. Every dream that we have can come true.
There’s not one thing the heart knows that you do not know.
The simplicity of this truth is worth praising.

You’ll attract into your life what you are – not what
You’ve been wanting. So be the thing that you desire.
It’s your goal to reflect the character of God
This notion isn’t blasphemous nor is it odd.
You have access and full support of the entire
Universe. You must feel that down deep in your gut.

And when you get to that place where you no longer
Have any criticism or condemnation
Of any of God’s children you will realize
The perfection of all things. You will become wise
In the fine art of deliberate creation.
Your attraction force will become a lot stronger.

Humankind has been struggling since our time began.
This we know. It has never been hidden away.
So if some folks have answers to kindly address
How we make of our lives such a God awful mess
And how to rectify things, then why do they prey
On the weak human psyche? What is their sick plan?

It turns out that the secret has always been out
So there has never been one. The truth we all know
By the way we engage the law of allowing.
Through our misguided upbringing we miss the thing
That is of most importance to help us to grow
Into proper alignment with no sense of doubt.

This is an evolving, expanding universe.
It’s not something that someone has all figured out…
Where the angels in heaven kick back and tell us
Little ones to be like them. This superfluous
Notion is less than truthful and fettered in doubt
As the expectation is for better or worse.

There must be expansion in order for there to
Continue to be existence. With expansion
Comes contrast and discernment – the ability
To anticipate, speculate, and mold freely.
We are born with this knowledge. There is not a one
Who does not know the secret or at least a clue.

A Long And Fulfilling Life

Some would say it’s a given that life is fulfilled
When the spirit is happy on into old age.
Normalcy in this manner helps this race survive,
And the secret to living is always to strive
For the next new adventure in which to engage
The spirit, most willing and able to be thrilled.

It’s simple but not easy to get there from where
One is most disadvantaged in terms of spirit.
Remember what excited you in your childhood.
What did you love to do because it felt so good?
If your past is atrocious learn not to fear it
Because there’s some redemption in visiting there.

What do you love to do after work and when you
Have the time and the energy at your avail?
To love what you do by doing that which you love
Your reward is the earth and blessings from above.
Deliver more that you promise, and you can’t fail.
Find a reason for living that is more than true.

Failure is fertilizer. It doesn’t smell good.
You don’t want to roll in it, but from it can grow
Seeds of absolute greatness and worldly success.
Chase your passion – not pension. Eliminate stress.
Don’t retire. Do inspire with the things that you know.
Your life will be remembered indeed as it should.

Consciousness Inside Out

I am doing this world as, in turn, it does me.
Consciousness therefore flows between both easily
If I can but remember this always is true
Even though I’m brought up with a different view –
One whose mental distortions make it hard to see
That I am everything that the cosmos must be.

Every outside there is has as well an inside.
They are different yet they go with each other.
There’s a secret between them: To seek out new ways
To discover their sameness so that both will raise
Ever higher their consciousness and empower
Each the other with respect and mutual pride.

Consciousness is of two types. One is the spotlight
That stays focused on one thing at one time only.
The other is the floodlight. It is more aware
Of the general picture, and it will take care
Of what’s in the background automatically
In support of the spotlight who wants to shine bright.

My behavior and how I feel differs not from
That of this world in total. It and I are one
And the same. This is true for all inside out pairs.
That of me which is floodlight is the one who cares
About all that exists and can do harm to none.
Infinitely profound is the beat of my drum.
