When you’re in a bad mood you’re sort of in a bad
Mood about everything, and the reverse is true.
When you’re in a good mood everything is alright.
Things that irritate you or that make you uptight
Don’t phase you when you’re happy, and the more that you
Focus on being happy, the less you’ll feel sad.

Much more than most people realize, everything
Blends together. At the same time we love and hate.
The mix of emotions cancels each other out.
So focus is important. There can be no doubt
That a much better society we create
As we stop and take notice of what’s happening.

When you’re newly in love everything starts turning
Up roses because now you’re focused on something
That allows for your energy to start flowing.
Everything in your life will be easy going,
And complex circumstances begin improving.
You want to show the world how you can dance and sing.

Many people have gone from sick to being well.
People have gone from poor to rich all because of
Their having fallen in love. We need distraction
From our normal thoughts, then our points of attraction
Are enlivened because of The Power Of Love.
At the art of loving we’re destined to excel.

Open Air Bliss

On your right path you can never be other than,
But there is the human tendency to try to
Find an answer in someone else. Your clarity
Comes from your inner being. You are meant to be
Independently and consciously sifting through
Life’s contrast. You are doing what no one else can.

You are born with the innate knowledge that it should
Be a pleasure to be alive. Every moment
Is a growing experience, but after time
You forget due to others who commit the crime
Of informing you of their extreme discontent.
If you speak about joy, you are misunderstood.

You become more comparative. Your interest
Is in how you appear to other folks instead
Of how it feels to you. Your intentions erode.
The momentum toward your desires is slowed.
You’ve no enthusiasm for what lies ahead.
Nothing more than what is now do you manifest.

With a basic triad of intentions you came.
Freedom, growth, and joy they are, and your expansion
Is inevitable. Look within for balance.
You can feel happiness in any circumstance.
You cannot get it wrong because it’s never done.
The freedom of your childhood you now can reclaim.

The Balancing of Apparent Extremes

Sometimes off the wall enthusiasm is mine.
I am so effervescent I scare folks away.
In all things I see beauty. I gush everywhere.
I have reached the point finally where I don’t care
How the world outside operates from day to day.
Yet there is some fear that everything isn’t fine.

The emotional spectrum has high and low ends.
The former is the vortex. It’s hard to stay there.
I can’t milk a good feeling for minutes or days
So, mindful I should be of the various ways
I am tricked into hyping. I must be aware
Of when it feels not authentic to my dear friends.

Often out of the vortex moments can toss me
Into it, and with practice, I’ll stay longer yet
In that place that is peacefully energetic.
There’s some resident boredom when it comes not quick.
It cannot be a big effort for me to get
In the mood of contentment. It’s where I must be.

It is just a brief spiking frequently throughout
A day planned with expecting the best to occur.
I must learn to acknowledge these moments, and then
I can reach that state at will again and again.
It is easy to focus on what I’d prefer.
Staying high in vibration is what it’s about.
