Facing reality only regurgitates
It in essence. There’s plenty of reality
That you want to keep replicated but then there
Are things that only lead to much grief and despair.
If you focus too much on those things then you’ll be
Not your best self. Indeed you’ll be someone who hates.

Your emotions will tell you exactly what you
Need to know in each moment so pay attention
To what they have to say. They’re your guidance system.
If you choose you can gain much benefit from them.
How you feel cannot be beyond comprehension.
You can always be sure that what you feel is true.

When you’re driving on the expressway and you drift
Off the road then the rough pavement will let you know
That you’re getting off track. It’s an indication
Of that fact only. It’s not a condemnation
Of your action. Your emotions exist to show
How far off track you are. Consider them a gift.

If a thought doesn’t feel good then go general.
If it feels entertaining then get specific.
Milk it for all that it has and be satisfied
That the good feelings you get cannot be denied.
They can guide you to feeling rather fantastic.
You should know that your happiness should be normal.

The World Is Your Kitchen

The Hearth

What is the purpose of your life experience?
Surely you know the answer if you have any
Sense of how this world operates. You’re here to be,
Do, or have anything you want. Naturally
You create every bit of your reality.
There is a special reason for your existence.

Into this physical dimension you have come
Because you’re a creator who wants to express
That while being here. Your work here is to define,
Discern, and decide, then to properly align
With your wishes and your ultimate happiness
In this world. There is nothing to get away from.

This world is a well-stocked kitchen with every kind
Of ingredient one could imagine and it
Has an infinite supply of each and you are
An astute master chef. Do you feel up to par?
Yes You Do! Everything is for your benefit.
Don’t let thoughts of negativity cross your mind.

Your work is to put some of those ingredients
Into different combinations to create
Whatever you want to. You’ve the freedom to be
As creative as you want and most happily.
On the meal that you’re making you must concentrate.
Let your role in your kitchen here and now commence.

Believe What You Want

Moment Of Prayer

The enormous power of non-resisted thought
Is something to be cherished. Thought gains momentum
When there’s nothing that stops it. It picks up more speed,
More bigness, and more energy. Thought is the seed
That will grow into something that you will gain from.
You exercise your power as your truth is sought.

Power is momentum. How to get it to flow
Is by speaking more about your burning desire.
How can you manage the energy of you own
Thinking pattern? The path that you’re taking is shown
To you clearly. Your worthiness doesn’t require
Any justification. This is good to know.

If you want something and you believe it then you
Have a thought non-resistant. You keep living it
Whether you want it or not. Even if you’re not
Thinking about what you want a whole frigging lot
It’s still gaining momentum for your benefit
Or undoing. Believe What You Want to come true.

You must believe in your extreme ability
To attract wealth into your life experience.
And believe in wellbeing for you and for all.
You are living a life that is meant to enthrall
And delight you. Allow the good times to commence.
Believe in all the good that you have already.

Speak Your Desire Into Existence

“I would like to have this thing, But… (fill in the blank).”
You believe in the ‘But’ more than you believe in

Your desire. You’ve got a push-pull thing happening
So you find it hard to accomplish anything.
The damned ‘But’ isn’t helpful much to your chagrin.
You have only your disconnected self to thank.

Everyone has a ‘But.’ It screws with momentum
Because your ‘But’ will bring things to a screeching halt.
What feels and looks like magic to you and others
Never happens. The momentum never occurs.
Realize that you are the only one at fault.
Your ‘But’ is where all of your misery comes from.

Face reality, ‘But’ do it in such a way
That you become a better selective sifter
Of the parts of reality you want to face
And the parts about it that you fully embrace
Will become your most valuable uplifter.
Speak only of the things that will brighten your day.

Speak a lot more about what you want and believe
That it’s coming. This gets the momentum to flow
With more power and speed. Your resistance free thought
Is the key to your finding whatever is sought.
Leave your ‘But’ in the closet. No one wants to know
About that. Keep yourself in the mode to receive.

Moving On From The Past

Staring At Time

When you feel chronic strong negative emotion
About something you’re nurturing a flawed premise –
And untruth – a big lie. Your inner being knows
All about you. Nothing is left in the shadows
And it loves you. Now what could be better than this?
Worthiness is a self-reassuring notion.

If you’re not happy with yourself for not being
Able to connect with yourself, your awareness
Of the feeling of emptiness keeps you apart
From all that you hold sacred and dear to your heart.
If it’s the past that’s causing you all the distress
Then you need a much different way of seeing.

Moving On From The Past means you’re moving toward
Something better – not away from something that’s bad.
Your awareness of what is keeps you in a place
Where you’re ornery and have a frown on your face
Constantly and no one wants to be your comrade.
The cost to your consciousness you cannot afford.

If it feels horrible to go there, Let It Go!
If it’s messing with your now and what’s coming next
Then you have to decide which is better for you.
Shift your focus to something positive and new.
Let the past go and give it its proper respects.
The releasing of baggage will help you to grow.

Test Your Universe

Sharing Happiness

You can be joyful without having to pretend.
If you think that you must be, you’re trying too hard.
Separate the experience of feeling good
From the headache. If you do not feel as you should,
Don’t fake it, but be true to yourself with regard
To the difficult feeling you want to transcend.

You can have an emotional experience
That is totally different from how you feel
In your physical body by focusing on
Lovely things. With some practice, your pain could be gone
In a short while. The point is to feel as ideal
As you can in the moment. Is this making sense?

Diminish the percentage of airtime you give
To the visceral sensation by focusing
Upon other things that will invigorate you.
The alternative is that you will remain blue.
You will be surprised by what feeling good can bring.
People will be astonished by the life you live.

You’re a selective sifter which means you create
By sorting through the contrast. There are things that you
Find delightful but also things that need changing.
You must know that the universe is arranging
The cooperative components for your new
Way of feeling. To get there, you don’t have to wait.

The Issue With Reality

Is reality something that needs to be faced?
Troubling is the question. Most people believe
That to not face reality wouldn’t be wise.
Condemnation is cast upon one who denies
What is ever so present. One would be naïve
To expect to be most wholeheartedly embraced.

There’s plenty of reality that you want to
Keep replicated in your life experience,
But you must be more of a selective sifter
Through the contrast. As momentum becomes swifter,
Keep the thoughts that feel best. That would only make sense.
Leave the thoughts that feel less than appealing to you.

If a thought doesn’t feel good, then go general
To just flatten it nicely and slow it down some.
If the thought does feel good, then get more specific.
Your conscious attention guarantees a more quick
Manifestation and a fulfilling outcome.
There’s benefit in following this rationale.

When you’re driving and drifting too far off the road,
The rumble of the guide strip will notify you
That you need to get back on track. It’s no judgment
Of your character, nor is it an indictment
Of your morality. It has only to do
With your guidance, so be in the receptive mode.

But, should you face reality? Here is the thing.
It’s created by thoughts and beliefs carefully,
Over time, focused strongly on. You can create
Your own reality as you wish. Concentrate
On the reality that you’d have come to be.
All that is real for you is what is becoming.
