Sacred Geometry

Eternity Symbols

Since the old days of Plato and Pythagoras
Sacred Geometry has spurred speculation
And wonder. Skeptics insist finding these common
Patterns throughout nature that reflect the Brahman
Are of happenstance. In contrast, adoration
Is given to these symbols by the mystic mass.

The Cave of Brahma can activate a wide range
Of new abilities and states of consciousness.
The daily practice of Sacred Geometry
Will increase your physical and mind energy.
Staring at these symbols can eliminate stress
And the mystics insist that your whole life can change.

Various traditions believe these symbols make
Up the building blocks of our reality. So
Basic and ornate shapes common throughout nature
Each have meaning and power. Their nomenclature
Is of elegance. It’s as if they want to show
That our not noticing them would be a mistake.

Meditators use Sri Yantras and mandalas
As objects to focus upon to further hone
Their mindfulness ability. It’s a fine way
To express your spirituality each day.
You can do this with others or when you’re alone.
You will never go back to the way that it was.

Mindfulness Thoughts

All That Is

Mind is the forerunner of all things. Out of mind
Are created the many things that we believe
Are important. All human made things start as thoughts.
Often times though the mind may get tied up in knots
As you live your life. What you most want to achieve
Is a balance where with your nature you’re aligned.

When you sit quietly and pay close attention
To your breathing, a river of thought enters in.
The mind secretes thoughts the way the salivary
Glands secret saliva, but don’t let them carry
Any weight. Just keep breathing and you will begin
To lose thought and enter another dimension.

If you could hear the thoughts of someone next to you,
You would get away quickly. You’d think they were ill
In the psyche, but everyone’s experience
Is the same. Mental chatter gets really intense
Normally. It’s like a puppy that can’t sit still.
Yet you seldom think of anything that is new.

It’s like you’re stuck in a motel room late at night.
You can’t sleep so the TV becomes a plaything
But you can’t change the channel. So old thoughts remain
In you mind. It may feel like you’re going insane.
Mindfulness though is capable of offering
Lasting peace and a heck of a lot more insight.

A Meditation Question

Spiritual Alignment

I find that when I meditate there are times when
My thoughts come and go. They are all over the place.
I see that as no problem. It must be okay
Because I can start over if ever I stray
From my focus on nothing to enter a space
Of alignment. I can get back on track again.

When I’m there in that sacred space everything makes
So much sense. I’ve a sense of infinite knowing.
When I come out of meditation I forget
Everything that had happened. I feel some regret
That the access to the knowledge that was flowing
Is no longer. Somehow am I making mistakes?

Meditation is a process which allows your
Vibration to rise. When it does, you have access
To infinite intelligence. When you are there
Just take notice of how you feel and be aware
Of it all happening. Recognize your progress
In the process and in time it will reveal more.

Meditation is the gateway to alignment,
And alignment is when you’re open to receive
Information. You can get to a point where you
Can record your experience. You don’t have to
Get all bothered about it. What you can achieve
Through alignment will bring you enormous content.

The Most Obvious Secret

Not So Blissful An Ignorance

A circus of three rings is the number preferred.
It makes sense of insanity and it provides
Division of attention among all odd things
That congrue in a cluster where impotent kings
Take their hand at mismanagement. No one decides
What to not pay attention to by thought or word.

Divided is the nation. Two worlds are as two…
Incongruent but yet so. There’s no precedent
For divergent societies to understand
Civil war in a new age yet on the same land
Stained with blood of our ancestors. Our swift descent
Was decades in the making. It now has come due.

In The Room are two elephants, both of great size.
Each ignored by the other, they merge into one
Grip that fits all occasions with realities
Fatally coexistent. The hope one may seize
Is that change is eternal. Nothing is begun
Without somehow expecting to deal with some lies.

Human Nature continues. I within it all
Am amazed and enlightened by all that is seen
As a fervent backlashing. Much wider awake
One becomes in observance. Another mistake
Nature may have made, and it may wipe the slate clean
Of its aberrant outgrowth. To it, we are small.
