Be Nice To Yourself

You Are Worth Everything

You can be an uplifter if you’re uplifted
In the moment and to the core of your being.
What advice can be given to become this way?
Start selectively sifting and learning to play
With your vibrational atmosphere and seeing
Yourself as someone special and hugely gifted.

Your best focus, or work, or constant attention
Is to be advocating your best influence.
As you’re being receptive you are allowing
Universal forces to bring the wellbeing
And a wonderfully rich life experience.
Be yourself, but be happy, and have lots of fun.

Rest and eat well. Get out where beautiful things are.
Play with people who are fun. Think thoughts that feel good.
Watch movies that are uplifting, and stay away
From the patterns that may cause your mood to decay.
Life can be fascinating when it’s understood
That you are worthy. In you’re drama, you’re the star.

Just Be Nice To Yourself. For yourself advocate.
Pick your favorite whatever on the planet
And pretend that you are it, and treat yourself as
You would treat that. Do trust that the universe has
Everything taken care of. Your biggest asset
Is that you have control over what you create.

Be Nice To Yourself

The Fine Art Of Self-Nurturing

A wholehearted uplifter you are at your core.
To be in the moment is your ultimate goal.
The nature of your being is spiritual
But for now in a physical body you shall
Retain your connection with your eternal soul.
Whatever you think of yourself, you are much more.

What’s the best advice ever then? Be nice to you!
Your best focus, or work, or attention while here
Is to reacquaint you with who you really are.
Advocating your best influence is by far
The ticket to your vibrational atmosphere.
Preparation and maintenance is what to do.

It’s all about reception, so tuning is done
To allow the wellbeing to be what it must –
A feeling overwhelming in power and grace.
You’re selectively sifting through this time and space
In this infinite universe. Do learn to trust
In its wisdom. You’ll feel better in the long run.

Eat and rest well. Get out and take in the fresh air.
Play with people who are fun, and go to places
That uplift and excite you, and quiet your mind.
When you are nice to yourself, in time you will find
That you’ll realize all that your heart embraces.
Get yourself in a good place, and keep yourself there.

We Wear The Mask

Human Prfessions of Pretense

Basic forms of humanity all are but one
Yet discordant illusions are what people wear.
I must put on the character act that I know.
As it smiles and pretends, it puts on a smart show.
Keeping up the performance I do in despair
For the way that things are and the harm that is done.

In my home I am no one I’d care not to be
Necessarily so. But the mask that shines through
The bright soul that’s behind it I’m tasked to maintain.
Other people near me is one huge psychic drain.
If my speech become tainted and shocking in hue
May I then be the wiser in all that I see?

Since I am not this body, nor am I the mind
With susceptible subtleties to clouded view,
The costume and the archetype others require
I may use to express my most heartfelt desire
To know what is acceptance. So long overdue
Is the wisdom and logic of being more kind.

Ever resident turmoil, insidious hate…
All the worst of our species along with the best…
Form an intricate fabric stuck fast in the clay.
Let us smile and cry out with a song to betray
Our true selves and our tortured souls at the behest
Of the world dream transparent we’re doomed to create.
