The Power Of Attitude

Kingly Posture

There are only two animals on the planet
That have kingly attributes. One is the eagle.
The other is the lion. They both are leaders
Of their respective domains. They both are eaters
Of the flesh of all others. They both are regal.
If one encounters either, one will not forget.

The eagle is the king of all the bird kingdom
As the lion is of animals on the land.
They’ve the spirit of leadership. Their attitude
Is such that they achieve whatever is pursued.
Fearlessness in the face of danger they command.
They are eager for obstacles to overcome.

Not the tallest, or largest, or heaviest beast,
The lion is also not the smartest of all
The creatures in the jungle, yet they all respect
The presence of the lion. They would genuflect
Had they knees. (Never Mind. That was right off the wall.)
Lions are lethal when their anger is released.

You cannot have an attitude that is beyond
Your belief. Attitude is a product of what
Your belief system dictates. Do not lead by fear,
But remember your purpose which is more than clear.
Be aware of the feeling you have in your gut
About life and your propensity to respond.

Underprivilege

Four Faces of Feces

When I can’t find a nigger to shine my damned shoes
And my cold leather heart is the beat of remorse
For acceptance of coon ways in society,
What is wrong with this country I clearly can see.
We’ve a ship with a captain who’s steering off course.
I’m entitled to at least good drugs to abuse.

Niggers give me the willies. I just can’t allow
Their kind anywhere near me. I fear I’ll become
Inundated with liberal ideal perfume.
I’d prefer that my poor white brother not assume
That I’m black anywhere inside. Those nasty scum
Need to go back to somewhere somehow and right now.

I know that I’m a bigot. I’m proud to be one.
My maturity level makes that important
Along with the abuse of women and children.
Good old days were of silence. To have them again
Is a fervent fulfillment. No one says I can’t
Be the racist I want to be and have some fun.

Leadership we are made for no matter our style.
Jungle bunnies don’t govern. They just find a way
To make government programs to pamper the poor.
It would thrill me to no end to show one the door
To the darkness that is them. I’ll never betray
My supremacist outlook. We’re here to defile.

Focusing Is About Saying No

Attention Must Be Undivided

Getting work done takes focus. To be clutter free
Is to glide with efficiency throughout the day.
If one manages oneself as one does others,
Then one’s personal style is what the team incurs.
If pathetic the person is, what’s the best way
To correct the imbalance and most tactfully?

Some bosses seeming ruthless are just putting on.
They have love for their companies and employees.
But they must remain focused in the direction
That the company’s headed. So it must be run
With the least deviation. It is not to please
Other talented egos. This view is foregone.

Off in many directions most people will go
Doing things of great interest arguably.
But the total is less than the sum of the parts.
Wasted human resources leads to broken hearts
And the death of the business. The wise one will see
The dismissive behavior as part of the show.

Practical must the mind be as energy flows
In all proper directions according to plan.
People go off in tangents, and this is ok.
Creative is the driving force in how we play.
But to keep things in focus as best as one can
One must say no to nonsense the job may impose.

An Old Man’s Advice

Eyes Of Recorded History

Interestingly boring, the wisdom of age,
When one has but the patience to be enlightened
By someone of longevity, is worth the while.
Difficult life has been yet robust is his smile.
To the young of this world what the old recommend
Is to keep forging onward and fully engage.

His firs car was a Model A. Many first things,
Like the mule-driven ice wagon, and the ice man,
And the first jet airplane, all he was witness to.

That the world is against him he knows is not true.
There’s no reason for not being all that one can.
True contentment is what appreciation brings.

Having taught himself to read and write, he went on
To pursue a computer correspondence course.
He started a few businesses and authored some.
Once he lived in an old car. He has overcome
Obstacles to achievement. One need but indorse
One’s belief in oneself – a conclusion foregone.

Forge ahead. Do No Stop. And diminish your fear
To a point imperceptible. Young people are
The backbone of all nations. As future leaders,
Pessimism is useless. As madness occurs
Among those now decrepit, you’re wiser by far.
Be yourselves and take full charge. Your mission is clear.

Fairy Mother, The Queen

The Ideal of The Goddess

Antidotes to reality often are wild
When born out of frustration and utter despair.
Ever lethal the potency some would advise
In a world cursed by fear and the right to despise
To its full heart’s content. It’s a constant affair.
Others choose to revert to the mind of a child.

Someone wise and approachable yet pure of heart,
Who’s devoted and loving is quite a far leap
From a threshold uncertain beyond all belief
Into counter delusion to find some relief
From the ongoing nightmare where we are the sheep
To be counted, then slaughtered as we all take part.

One’s reliance on fairies in times of great need…
Or the act of an angel to right what is wrong…
Or to come in an instant to save one from harm
Is a safety device when one senses alarm.
Leadership is like magic. It can be made strong
When its power is used well in thought, word, and deed.

Mother figures abundant the subconscious keeps.
When the center of focus from nurturance drifts
To distractions resulting from ultimate greed,
Then the cries of the family she can’t misread.
Empathy is one of woman’s most cherished gifts.
She knows well what an investment in kindness reaps.

The Good Doctor

A Pillar of Society

One connected to earth’s energy is most wise
And a positive influence in people’s lives.
Her responsible nature comforts and protects.
Everyone whom she services love and respects
Her knowledge and benevolence. Each of us thrives.
Respect for Mother Nature she’ll always advise.

Keeping folk fit and healthy comes naturally
To the one who gives counsel. The warmth of her heart
Brings about inspiration to all in much need
Of a boost to the spirit. Her job is to lead.
No one can disagree that she plays well her part
In our world’s evolution. That’s easy to see.

Well-known in the community, she knows her place
Which is right at the center of all our affairs.
Striking up a good friendship with folk about town
Provides just the right medicine for one who’s down.
We appreciate greatly a doctor who cares
For the welfare of others with loving embrace.

There are some unsung heroes who like it that way.
They prefer not to be in the blinding starlight.
Rather they proceed casually and with pride
Among their local public. The Will To Provide
In the spirit of love makes one’s vision more bright.
Character is what good leaders often display.

Nobility

Righteous Royalty

Ritual is of spirit. Spiritual, then,
Is the spirit of ritual and divine right.
Our ancestral achievements are our coat of arms.
Images are symbolic when taken as charms
That bestow noble blessing. Freedom is a fight
That must be fought in earnest lest we fail again.

Most exalted in character, royalty comes
With elongated history of noble rule.
Open winged and protected, no one is outside.
Integration of egos solidifies pride
In one effort united. A blended whirlpool
Of the best of our talents is what beats our drums.

Higher Office in spirit directs what I know
In my past, all the pain that I’ve caused out of fear.
As compared to my good deeds, I can think of none.
But I sense I’m not hopeless, and my work ain’t done.
I’ll pay off karma faster as I remain here.
I reflect well my nation, so how can I glow?

Leadership is genetic. The whole human race
Has its lifeforce at stake in how we get along.
Anyone can be human. The stretch is minute.
One who rules by the heart is profoundly astute
In the ways of The People who then are made strong.
It is not without wonder that I know my place.

Recursive Assertion

Over Exposure of Ego

Do I hear a loud echo? And could it be me?
With the voices of others it’s so hard to tell.
Deep within a sound chamber enclosed by four walls
I can’t hear myself feeling amid all the calls
For a cure to psychosis and trickle down hell.
What’s become of this nation one clearly can see.

Knowing I’m not alone, need I know something more?
We’ve been made to feel helpless – not by a disease
Of a virulent nature, but by wholesale greed.
We The People are stronger not feeling in need
To succumb to the bullshit that everyone sees.
There’s a pimp in the white house, and we are the whore.

Justice comes hard and swiftly to those who are poor.
But it does not exist for the thugs now in charge.
Evil is the one threat that, if not kept in check,
Does take over the engine and cause a train wreck
That third world leaders envy. Our fate, by and large,
Is determined by what we are forced to ignore.

Insight Infusion

TheMagicRealist.com

Success cannot be taught. Only processes can.
And with crystal clear dreams and a bit of support,
Everyone will aspire to become something more.
There may come discontent in trying to keep score.
One can find yet the sweet spot and rarely fall short.
Insight comes from attention to one’s own game plan.

How intense the attention determines insight.
If it’s strong enough, insight will come like a flash.
A component of leadership, insight evolves.
Definiteness of purpose all through it resolves
Problems as if by clockwork. All fear becomes trash.
And the way one does business is never a fight.

Inspiration, keen insight and integrity
Are the tri-fold ingredients to great success.
To be one of integrity is to commit
To the much larger vision wherein we all fit.
Success is judged by others in how I express
My life as conscious process that happens to be.
