For a positive feeling and stay away from
Any thinking that causes you to sing the blues.

Come into vibrational alignment with the
Knowledge that the whole is achieved then find a way –
Any way to get happy. The specifics will
Fill in with more than enough detail to fulfill
Your desire for just having a wonderful day.
You have access to infinite Source energy.

The emotional manifestation is the
Most important. The power therein is immense.
Let it be what you’re reaching for and be aware
Of the magic that happens. Remember that there
Is no effort indeed there’s no kind of expense
For deliberately creating happily.

You Can’t Solve A Problem

Such a huge problem solver you’ve turned out to be.
It’s become an obsession. It’s human nature
To address difficulties with lethal brute force
But in no way does it solve your problems of course.
All it does is cause stress. It will complicate your
Ever resolving your issues effectively.

You Can’t Solve A Problem. Not a one does exist.
You need not wrestle them to the ground and kill them.
Problems are an illusion. The premise is flawed
That something is wrong and that it should be outlawed
And that any confusion on your part must stem
From the notion that problems cannot be dismissed.

You’re the problem maker which means you are the one
Who can make the solution by how well you can
Allow it. Give your undivided attention
To the answers you want. You don’t have to mention
Any heartache. It never was part of your plan.
You can easily handle what needs to get done.

The ‘problem’ served its purpose and time will never
Be an issue for you again. Looking forward
Is expansive, freeing, and intoxicating.
Be aware of the momentum you’re creating.
Confidence in your worthiness can be restored.
Enjoy embarking upon your new endeavor.

Activate The Magic

The desires that are being born within you and
Then you think about having them all manifest
You’re maintaining the attitude that works the best
For allowing. This way you have the upper hand
At creating. Of your power you have no doubt.

As you focus in this way you can understand
How Source Energy consciousness is guiding this
Evolution. You have to get your vibration
Up to speed with your heartfelt mental creation
In order to experience absolute bliss.
Myriad are the ways consciousness can expand.

For it to be revealed to you or translated
By you, you must attune to the vibrational
Frequency of your asking. You want to achieve
The good feeling first, then you’re able to receive
What you’re asking for. You know that this rationale
Is of merit although it can be debated…

But why do so? If you can find a reason to
Feel good now you’re allowing the revelation
Of everything you’ve asked for. It’s never ending
What you can do by your consciously attending
To how you feel. Your life is your own creation.
May your magic ever surprise and delight you.

A Brain Meditation

There are two points of focus that always exist.
There’s the nonphysical part of you who remained
Nonphysically focused, and then there’s the part
With a flesh and blood body and a beating heart.
An ideal blending of the two can be attained
Although the human brain sometimes wants to resist.

During meditation when you quiet your mind
Your vibration rises and the gap between you
And your higher self narrows. When you meditate
Your brain naturally reaches the alpha state.
You come out of it with a more positive view
Of yourself and the condition of humankind.

You may be standing in a place where you’re feeling
Embarrassed, unworthy, or incapable, but
Your own higher self will never go there with you.
That’s why you feel the negative way that you do.
You have a guidance system. It’s known as your gut.
What it has to say is totally revealing.

Your thoughts may introduce into the equation
Resistance so you’re not at the top of your game.
That’s okay. You can get there now that you know how.
Take the time necessary for you to allow
You and your higher self to be right on the same
Frequency, and it is all about vibration.

Love Is The Basis Of All

I watched a documentary featuring bears.
Mother bear and her baby were taking honey
From a hive. The bees paid no attention to them.
Could it be that the bees had no will to condemn
The bears maybe because the bees had quite plenty
Not minding that the hungry bears took what was theirs?

As the bears lapped up honey they got honey all
Over themselves, so mama bear started licking
Baby bear. Then I wondered if the mother bear
Loved her baby or the honey. Did the bear care
More about one than the other? Is nitpicking
The issue really worth it? Are these questions small?

Last night I had a dream about these bears and me.
In it I was that baby bear. I felt profound
Love for me from my mother. I experienced
Nothing like this. This natural love she dispensed
Echoes throughout the universe and it’s unbound.
It’s how everything in existence came to be.

Sometimes I don’t allow the love in because I
Have chosen to take in all the terrible news
Then I think that love isn’t the powerful force
It’s made out to be. This is fallacious of course.
In each moment I have the wherewithal to choose
Love over fear and hatred. Love I can’t deny.

It’s Not The Other Person

We are all co-creators with Source Energy
And among one another. It feels easier
To create something that doesn’t have anything
To do with another person. Understanding
That you have control over all that will occur
In your life, you’re prepared to live life happily.

You decide to become a vibrational match
Then that experience or object comes to you.
That feels cleaner and easier because you feel
Not another opposing you. The most ideal
Situation is when you create something new
When alone while with all distractions you detach.

There’s never another person opposing you.
It’s always a piece of you that isn’t aligned
With your true self. You can’t assign attributes to
Other people then use them to block your own view
Of the path least resistant and true peace of mind.
Everything happens in response to what you do.

You have much control over what you reflect back
From a circumstance. It’s up to you to decide
To stay focused on what you want. Don’t give away
Your power to an argument. It’s best to stay
Clear of it absolutely. You can’t be denied
What you want when you keep your vibration on track.

Attract What You Want

“As you think, so shall you be.” There are many ways
To acquire things that you want, but basically,
It begins with how you choose to think about things.
Ultimately, only positive thinking brings
What you want to be part of your reality.
How do you get more happiness into your days?

You become what you think about throughout the day.
Thoughts expand. Then they become a magnetic force
That attracts situations that match their nature.
It’s important to make sure you’re thinking is pure.
Thinking unconsciously causes certain remorse
Because there is nothing turning out quite your way.

You can’t give away what you don’t have. So you know
That you can’t give away love if there’s none to give.
If what you have inside you is contempt and fear,
It’s difficult to consider anyone dear.
It is up to you to decide how you will live.
You must have love within you or it cannot show.

“When you change the way you look at things, the things you
Look at change.” It’s because of your powerful mind
That you are where you are now. It’s the beginning
Of developing an attitude of winning.
You can leave all the negative feelings behind
So that you can discover a life that is new.
