You’re Not Here Being Tested although it may seem
That you are at times but when you get out ahead
Of things then you’re not always out on the bleeding
Edge where every thought must be precise. Misleading
Is the notion that you can’t be happy instead
Of always having to paddle your way upstream.

Getting out ahead of things means being aware
Of how you want to feel in each moment and why
You deserve feeling happy. Every moment can
Be fulfilling if you make it so rather than
Letting things up and happen. Don’t act on the fly.
For each moment you must take the time to prepare.

You’re not being challenged by the universe. This
Is not a contest of wits. It’s a response to
Your vibrational output. Your split energy
Is the reason why your living happens to be
Not fulfilling. No one’s doing a thing to you.
There’s nothing that can keep you from a state of bliss.

Calibrate your vibration ahead of time by
Meditating and segment intending and you
Will control every moment. Create a bubble
Of wellbeing. It isn’t all that much trouble
To transmit a vibration that reaches out to
The ends of the universe. So keep flying high.

Make Things Come Your Way

Focus only on wellbeing. Calibration
Is what people may call it. Segment Intending
Is preparing for the next scene of your own play.
A small series of segments makes up your whole day.
It’s therefore most advantageous if you’re spending
A few moments for each segment’s preparation.

You want to identify how you want to feel
In the next segment. Write it down on a notepad.
Because writing is a strong point of focus it
Is effective. You gain maximum benefit
In your writing it. It can become your comrade
When it comes to creating a segment ideal.

What’s easy to feel good about? “I’m thankful for
How I feel right now and for the segment to come.
I’m thankful that my point of attraction is strong.
I believe and know that I’m right where I belong.
I’m thankful that I’m getting all my guidance from
The same source that can offer me only much more.”

Talk yourself into wellbeing. Calibrating
To the whole of who you are is done in this way.
You’re soliciting from the environment the
Components that match your calibration, you see.
Calibrate to wellbeing and watch how your day
Will unfold. Be intent on what you’re creating.

Feeling Good Stories

Family Time

If someone comes up to you and starts telling you
About all of their troubles in vivid detail,
You might feel somewhat put upon. You’ll listen to
Their unfortunate story, then you will feel blue
Having heard it, and thoughts of concern may prevail.
You feel stuck because there’s nothing for you to do.

By the same token, if someone comes up to you
With an uplifting story, then you’re energized
And delighted to hear it. You want to hear more.
The excitement of others is what you adore.
Telling positive stories therefore is advised.
Take full advantage of what you know to be true.

Tell your story the right way so that others will
Be uplifted which means tell it the way that you
Would have it be told to you by someone who knows
All the good things about you. Forget about those
Imperfections you nurture. The world takes its cue
From your story and from your story telling skill.

Your story can affect others in a good way
Or a bad one depending on your vibration.
Keep it upbeat and ready to take on contrast.
It does no good for you to adhere to your past
Tribulations. Take into consideration
All the wonderful things that can brighten your day.

The Power Of Your Intentions

As you’re looking at contrast and moving toward
Your desires manifesting, enjoy the journey.
Notice how this piece fits in and then the next piece.
Do whatever you can to ensure the release
Of resistance and know that you can truly be
Confident that by the universe you’re adored.

You’ve decided to be deliberate about
Your creating. You’ve learned to do it consciously
Rather than by default where you’re just reacting
To your life. You’re concerned with what you’re attracting
Into your life experience. You want to be
Clear of negative intention and crippling doubt.

You’ve been segment intending, appreciating,
And daydreaming. You’ve learned how to get out ahead
Of the next situation by being prepared.
Beforehand your intentions are fully declared
To yourself and to others. You cannot be led
Off your path. You’re aware of what you’re creating.

When you start making the correlation between
What you intended and what is manifesting,
There’s extreme satisfaction. The universe will
Cater to you to where you can savor the thrill
Of receiving all that you have been requesting.
Live a life that’s exciting but also serene.

Applying Segment Intending

Agenda

Pick a subject. Let’s do some segment intending.
It’s a way to prepare for the moment ahead.
Shift some energy on things that matter to you.
There are no exercises that you have to do.
Your intending can be done while you’re still in bed.
In a way it is similar to pretending.

Say the subject is money. You’re in a good mood
Already, and you’re sitting alone at the park.
Your next segment may be just appreciating
The abundant surroundings. Indeed everything
In the park is of value. From there you embark
On a rampage expressing sincere gratitude.

You then visit a café where people you know
Are relaxing and engaged in conversation.
Since you’ve tweaked your vibration beforehand, you are
In a state of alignment. You feel like the star
In a fabulous movie of your creation.
You are close to what’s at the end of the rainbow.

Take every opportunity you can to see
What you want to see. By your identifying
What you want you’re activating it within you.
Moment by moment you can create your own view
Of your world – one which is much more satisfying.
In a world of your own creation you can be.

Guidance In The Moment

Moment Of Inspiration

Is it part of the ego’s agenda to be
Contemplative? There are times when I want to know
Whether or not what I’m doing is wrong or right
In the moment. I’m up for receiving insight
That will help me to decide which way I should go.
I depend on my guidance system completely.

I have an inner being. When I get in touch
With that part of me, I can be sure what to do
In the moment. The inspiration comes to me
Like the touch of a butterfly. Then I can see
From a broader perspective. I savor the view.
These are moments that I can appreciate much.

What’s it actually feel like viscerally
To be in alignment from moment to moment?
As I practice the vibration of being there
I will know what alignment is and I’ll declare
To the universe that it’s my conscious intent
To line up with the person who I’m meant to be.

Readiness to receive those impulses is my
Point of focus. I don’t have to prove anything
So that I can feel worthy. I’ve no one to please.
I want to see the way my inner being sees.
Onto my negative beliefs I need not cling.
My connection with my inner being is why.

Emotions And Your Body

Feeling Spectrum

Your body responds to the way you think, feel, and
Act. This is one type of mind/body connection.
When you’re stressed, anxious, or upset, your body may
Develop high blood pressure or ulcers. To stay
In good health, you can confide in the direction
Of your inner being who has the upper hand.

The manifestation in the body is an
Exaggerated version of what’s going on
With your feelings, but you can shift an emotion
With much more ease than after the damage is done.
You have your guidance system to rely upon.
Your awareness is important to your game plan.

If you wait until there’s a manifestation,
Then it’s much harder to emotionally get
Around what’s taken place in your body, therefore
Catch it in the beginning and do not explore
All the things about your life you deeply regret
Having gone through even though it’s your creation.

Understand your emotions and recognize why
You are having them. Sorting them out can help you
To cope with them. Find some form of relaxation
Such as yoga, Tai Chi, guided meditation,
Or just listening to music. Things you can do
Are quite many. It’s worthwhile to give some a try.

Everything That You Want Is Downstream

Constant Connection

Imagine taking your canoe down to the edge
Of a fast-moving river. You get in and then
You begin paddling deliberately upstream.
Why on earth would you do that, though? It doesn’t seem
Like a healthy idea. Again and again,
People do it as if they’ve made a solemn pledge.

People do it because everybody does it.
We don’t want be lazy, and we have been trained
To believe that hard work and struggle are to be
Seen as virtuous qualities. Society
Is upstream oriented as if it’s ingrained
In our psyche. It can be of no benefit.

There’s nothing that you want that’s upstream anyway.
The rewards for a difficult life can’t be worth
Feeling absolute pleasure in every moment.
People learn how to get by with their discontent.
When it gets to be too much, then they’re giving birth
To a change in direction and a brand new day.

Everything that you want is downstream. Everything
That makes up the stream is what you’ve been putting there
Through your wanting a better life. Inspiration
Comes to you, and it helps you in getting things done.
Just let go of the oars and become more aware
Of your worthiness and your passion for living.

Don’t Try To Fix What Happened

Process Puzzlement

You’ve created for yourself a vibrational
Reality, and nothing less than that will do.
It is more than what you have already allowed
To become your experience. You are endowed
With a fine guidance system and clear point of view.
Everything about your life is sensational.

You can get out ahead of ‘what is’ for right now.
Do not try to clean up what you have been living.
Don’t try to go into the past analyzing.
You’ll continue creating the very same thing,
For the Law of Attraction is unforgiving.
Besides, it’s such a mess that you wouldn’t know how.

Getting out ahead of something means intending
How the next segment of your day is to unfold.
Talk yourself into it in explicit detail.
Infinite intelligence is at your avail.
This is how segments throughout your day are controlled,
And in fact there is no energy expending.

Don’t remember what happened to you yesterday.
You’ll reactivate that energy, and it will
Keep you locked in a pattern most unbecoming
Of a selective sifter. Keep on daydreaming
Like there is no one looking. You’re meant for the thrill
Of your asking and then having things go your way.

Spiritual Calibration

Vibrational Cleansing

Energy gets polluted. Sometimes we need to
Calibrate the atmosphere spiritually
Of its negative content. Segment Intending
Is a process, and it’s a way of extending
Into the next time period how it should be.
A Segment is anytime change happens for you.

What is it that is the easiest for you to
Feel appreciative of? What makes you happy?
Get a good rampage going. “I am thankful for
This moment, and I look forward to many more.
I am thankful that things are working out for me.”

Can you feel what is going on? I hope you do.

For the very near future, you can calibrate
By your statements of thankfulness and wellbeing.
Speak your way into happiness in the moment.
This way, you form the next by your conscious intent.
You will find that the universe is agreeing
And rewarding you for being in a high state.

You may be calibrated to unwanted things.
A well-practiced belief is a calibration.
When you tune to the frequency of happiness,
Everything else is taken care of, more or less.
You don’t have to ‘do’ anything to get things done.
You have control over near future happenings.

No Matter What Happens

Even Through The Calamity

Feeling good is the mission but in the best way.
Selfishness and self-consciousness are a bad mix
However, nothing matters to you more than that
You feel good, and with that there is no caveat.
May this have something to do with what’s done for kicks?
And could there be vibrational forces at play?

You’re a vibrational being, and you create
Your own reality. You are emanating
A signal at all times by the thoughts that you think
And the words that you speak. There’s a definite link
Between those simple things and how you are feeling
And the universe matches what you activate.

You get back what you’re giving out now and always.
Be consistently aware of what you give out
With respect to what you want. Your inner being
Knows what you want and leads you toward everything
With the least bit of effort. This leaves you no doubt
That what you do is righteous and worthy of praise.

You’ve a relationship with your reality
Everything that you feel is your interacting
With your intimate surroundings. If happiness
Becomes your dominant quest then you will access
Universal forces that ultimately bring
A life of fulfillment and increased clarity.

Activate The Magic

Use Your Natural Power

If you want to make things happen magically
You must get out ahead of them, but if you’ve got
Negative momentum going, things that occur
Are not what you expect nor what you would prefer.
Circumstances you can control without a lot
Of hard work and the delving into misery.

The advantage of Segment Intending is that
You can plan how the next moments are to unfold.
Making positive statements about what’s to come
Focuses your attention. Your magic comes from
That which powers the universe in ways untold
And it is not a matter of mortal combat.

Meditation helps, but your Segment Intending
Is your thinking about what you’re thinking about
Whereas with meditation, no thought is the goal.
Both are useful processes. Each can make one whole.
The whole purpose of each is to leave you no doubt
That you are the important piece in everything.

Do not segment intend to try to fix something.
Do it to derive pleasure in the here and now
For the upcoming segment. Your satisfaction
Factor will be enormous. It all can be fun.
Feeling appreciated and loved, you allow
All the things that are due you that make your heart sing.

The Perfect Emotional State

Receptive Ecstasy

When the heart feels and flows as if nothing on earth
Could disrupt circulation of soft butterflies,
It’s a wonderful segment of time to create.
I intend, so I know what true blessings await.
Having trust in that feeling has opened my eyes
To the wellbeing aspect of living in mirth.

If I just ask the question, “Would not it be nice
To meet some special person…?”
It will manifest

In a matter of minutes. This powerful state
Of enhanced contemplation does make me feel great.
Then from there, there’s no kind of a rigid contest
That involves what I’m not willing to sacrifice.

Walking into the next room is a new segment
Just as walking the dog or preparing a meal.
It’s a fresh opportunity to realign
With the true self who wants nothing more than to shine
From the place that is peaceful yet filled with my zeal.
Every new space of time is planned with good content.

I can be more attentive to circumstances
That have changed for the better in this moment now.
Noticing that resistance has lessened, I can
Go ahead with creating a decisive plan
For the episode coming. I need not know how.
In not knowing, it may well improve my chances.
