Don’t Forget Who Gets You

If you let someone know what you want they may ask,
“What the hell makes you think you deserve it?” and you
Find it hard to answer them without going south,
You must be careful of what comes out of your mouth
As you’re not in alignment with that which is true
To your heart. Your resistance may be hard to mask.

Most people offer most of their vibrations in
Response to what they’re observing. It’s a good thing
When what you’re observing feels good but it is not
When it doesn’t. Your vibration matters a lot
So decide to look at things that make your heart sing.
Life can be a contest where you’re destined to win.

You want people to ‘get you’ but why is this so?
It’s because you’ve forgotten who really gets you
Which is your inner being with whom you’re in touch
In each moment. Don’t depend on others so much
For your own calibration. You don’t have to do
Anything to access all that you need to know.

Calibrate to the frequency of the divine
Within you and all others. The power within
You is beyond description but do it for the
Pleasure of it. You can get there naturally.
Everyone may not ‘get you’ but once you begin
Getting your truest self things will work out just fine.

Living In The Now

Make it your highest priority to live more
In the present if you want to live happily.
You don’t need lots of money and all the nice things
It can buy. What’s found in the present moment brings
You the insight to experience ecstasy.
Within you is all that you ever have need for.

All unhappiness is formed when you get away
From what is most important – this present moment.
Disappointment and anger come from focusing
On the past. Fixation on the future will bring
Worry, stress, and anxiety. Conscious intent
Is required so that you in the present will stay.

Use this moment to appreciate anything
You can think of – the breath of abundant fresh air
That you’re taking in – the energy inside you –
How the cells of your body know just what to do
To keep you in the best of health. Just be aware
Of the goodness and wellbeing that’s happening.

When the things you do are infused with your presence
Everything you do is done with more quality,
More connection, and more love. There’s greater success
On all levels. The measure of your happiness
Is how connected to the present you can be.
Happily ever after you live your life hence.

Heir apparent is challenging if you believe
Something’s wrong with the planet or with our species
So it’s best to see the way your inner self sees.
In this way many helpful insights you’ll receive
Regarding your misperceptions of hopelessness.

Make lists of Positive Aspects and revel in
The perfection of this planet’s proximity
To others in their own orbits. Be aware of
All that’s good about existence and be in love
With all that you’ve created. You were meant to be
In a happy state and this is where to begin.

When you awaken speak your appreciation
For the new day. Thank the sun for having risen
Whether or not you can see it. “It’s a good day,”
Say to yourself. Then in a good mood you will stay.
Blessings of the universe will follow you when
You acknowledge the goodness of all creation.

You have such a good basis from which to begin.
All is well with you. Source Energy is aware
Of you and has your back. Everything that matters
To you it knows. Be mindful of all that occurs
On your way to more good times and take special care
Of your Point of Attraction. All starts from within.

Within You

Many look for fulfillment where it can’t be found
Like possessions, money, recognition, and such
Or perhaps it’s love and praise from others you know.
A ‘well done’ from the world can pump up the ego
But these things when accomplished don’t mean very much
To the spirit which can be in no way earthbound.

It can only be found within you. Happiness
Is the reason for wanting. You can be happy
Without having. Think back to when you were a child.
Any thought of lack was instantly reconciled
With a fun thought. You had every reason to be
Free and joyful without any hint of distress.

Your focus wasn’t on what was not there. It was
On what was there and there was always happiness.
If you choose to focus on finding it you will.
Be always reminded that you’re that person still.
At any moment you have absolute access
To that feeling according to natural laws.

Our society teaches us that the new car,
The new house, the new person, the perfect body,
The money, and the new job will satisfy you.
You don’t need this and that. All that you need to do
Is to determine that you want to be happy.
More blessings come to you the more childlike you are.

Like Magic

You’re the creator of your own reality.
You are in the process of creating not one
But two realities. Contrast causes you to
Expand and add to the much greater part of you –
The eternal one. Also of your creation
Is how you feel right now and the way that you see.

What you want is to merge these two realities
Into one happy person. Your eternal soul
Won’t go with you if you choose to fuss and complain
Or point out the injustices and the insane
Goings on over which you do not have control.
It’s your goal to see as your eternal soul sees.

Whenever you feel negative emotion you
Are thinking about something quite differently
Than who you really are is. If you continue
Feeling badly then it may develop into
An illness but your positive thinking can be
An effective deterrent to your feeling blue.

Your power of influence is mighty when you
Are aligned with who you truly are. When you’re not
Then your power is paltry, so your alignment
With your soul is your key to your feeling content.
How you think and feel do really matter a lot.
Take advantage of all that you know to be true.

Life On Planet Earth

Four point six billion years ago earth came to be.
In that time it’s become a hospitable place
For all life. There’s no other planet of its kind
In this part of the galaxy. Here you will find
A uniqueness unfathomable to embrace
In its fullness. Its wonder anyone can see.

Sometimes there’s more connection; sometimes there’s much less
With the earth for we humans. We bother too much
With things not that important. We waste energy
Focusing too much on spirituality.
At the same time we seem to be way out of touch
With a loving solution to lack of progress.

We are grounded. We don’t have to worry if we
Are or are not. Our physical bodies maintain
Our connection to earth. We’re made of energy
And the earth is also, so it’s easy to be
In alignment. So much from the earth we can gain
By knowing the earth as spirituality.

Things that we’ve all been asking for is tended to
By the forces that create worlds. Life here on earth
Is a mixture of unyielding love and contrast.
Much more dominant is love and it will outlast
Everything. It’s a place of misery or mirth.
Happiness while on earth is decided by you.

A Virtual Reality

Do we live in A Virtual Reality
Where our bodies are like tokens or avatars,
And our real selves are playing this consciousness game?
Are we actors who each have a script and stage name?
What’s so great about this physical world of ours
As it is now? How much better off could it be?

We are powerful creators who have come from
The nonphysical into this world of contrast
With fantastic intentions. We’re Source Energy
In these physical vessels. Alignment with the
Better part of us is when we’re having a blast
As we’re living and knowing that more good will come.

As we seek alignment with broader perspective
We transmit a vibration that draws unto us
Wanted things. What we want most is to demonstrate
The joy we have for living. We’re here to create
With abandon. We did not come here to discuss
Ways of living that are mostly ineffective.

We’re not one or the other. We’re both physical
And nonphysical, and both are necessary
For the eternalness of all of existence.
What we offer to the universe is immense.
Leading edge creation is physicality.
It’s the focus of all that is spiritual.

Is what’s called mysticism. It can be attained
Through subjective experience. Direct union
With spiritual truth is achieved by the one
Whose devotion to enlightenment is maintained.
One knows God as absolute non-duality.

It’s also positive human transformation
Supported by spiritual practices and
Experiences. It was originally
A part of medieval Christianity,
But in modern times the term has come to expand
And include all those seeking illumination.

All religions and spiritual traditions
Have their mystics – the ones who’ve learned to go within
To find truth and reality. They’ve transcended
Established belief systems. They’re interested
Only in liberation. They are without sin.
They’ve dissolved the need to take any positions.

Spiritual awareness of the absolute
Is beyond all theology. Concepts and names
Are exclusive. One cannot label the supreme.
It alone has the ability to redeem
Us of our ego consciousness. The mystic aims
To make their mysticism a constant pursuit.

Spiritual Liberation

Liberation is the act of being freed from
Slavery or oppression or imprisonment.
It occurs when someone is released, rescued, or
One escapes from confinement. It’s an open door
To the freedom to live life to full enjoyment.
It’s amazing what a freed person can become.

Spiritual liberation clearly implies
That within this world one’s consciousness is confused,
Trapped, lost, stuck, and in bondage. The highest purpose
In life is to free ourselves of illusion, thus
One who seeks liberation is likely enthused
About doing whatever will make one more wise.

The concept of liberation sought, known, and taught
By spiritual masters throughout history
Has to do with salvation, redemption, and more
Terms like it. One’s enlightenment is at the core
Of intention. One wants to be totally free
Of the traps in which one always seems to get caught.

Freedom from the bonds of illusion, ignorance,
Separation, and duality is the goal
Of spiritual practice. Unconditional
Love, service, and compassion are the general
Fruits of freedom. The shattered self can be made whole
No matter what happens to be the circumstance.

Discernment

Discernment is the ability to assess
Correctly, to see the reality of a
Given situation, to distinguish between
Right and wrong, given our spiritual hygiene,
And to recognize what role our words and deeds play
In social interactions and our happiness.

One can know the essential from the optional,
The primary from the secondary, the real
From the unreal, and absolute darkness from light
Through discernment. Closely related to insight,
Discernment is recognizing what’s most ideal
In the moment. It clarifies one’s rationale.

Discernment is protection form being deceived
Spiritually. It is freedom form bondage.
It serves as a catalyst to spiritual
Development. It can become a natural
Way of being. It is but one’s choice to engage
The power of discernment in all that’s perceived.

Examine everything carefully. Hold fast to
That which is good and let go of all that is not.
Take time in making decisions. Pray for guidance.
Be focused on the truth in any circumstance.
How you go about your living matters a lot.
Stay spiritually focused in all you do.

Faith

Faith is confidence or trust in a person, thing,
Or concept. In the context of religion, it
Is belief in a God, and doctrines and teachings.
It’s not blind. It’s intelligent because it brings
On a peace that is greatly to one’s benefit.
Even with no evidence it’s enlightening.

Conscious knowledge and practicing good deeds is part
Of the process for growing spiritually
In some religious contexts. One’s obedience
To the scriptures does not make a whole lot of sense
Without some understanding of what comes to be
The foundation of living and dear to the heart.

To know more about God and the infinite plan
For one’s finite existence is what one who seeks
True enlightenment cares about. Faith allows one
To discover that knowledge. Verification
Is achieved through employment of psychic techniques
People practice. It’s something that anyone can.

Nothing in this world should be dearer to the one
Seeking truth than the development of wisdom,
Which will lead to faith, which will lead to certainty.
Truth is found by those who seek it ultimately.
The omnipotent Source is where true faith comes from.
Faith is maintained only by sincere devotion.

Miracles And Healing

Some psychics of the distant past gave remedies
To address any illness within the body.
Some people could cure others of things on the spot.
Nowadays there’d be trouble were they to be caught
Practicing medicine with no kind of degree
That allows what they’re doing with true expertise.

These things we would call miracles, for like magic,
They bypass all the physical and get right to
What the cause of the problem is very quickly
And there’s no explanation for how this could be.
Those of science and medicine don’t have a clue
As to how there can be such a cure for the sick.

But then there are some teachers who don’t heal at all
In a way that is instant, direct, and profound.
They are teachers of wellbeing through alignment.
This method preferred by some can often prevent
Illness from manifesting. It’s the all-around
Way to keep in the best shape. The effort is small.

Advances in technology mostly come through
Insights from the nonphysical. As we evolve
There’s much to our advantage. The variety
Of choices made available is totally
In accordance with our growth. The problems we solve
Are through infinite blessings. So much we can do.
