Why We’re So Anxious

Extreme Concerned

When you feel like there’s something you must do to get
To a place where you will have some security,
Is it normal? Or is it just an illusion
To be so anxious that you can’t get a thing done?
If you want long-lasting peace and serenity,
Don’t worry that it hasn’t manifested yet.

Our anxiety is a permanent feature
Of our lives here as humans. We are to the core
Anxious beings. We hold powerful fantasies
About things we could get that would bring us more ease
In our everyday living. What do we live for
But to struggle? How can life be the best teacher?

When we find the right home, status, or lover, we
Think that we’ll be much happier. This isn’t so.
We will always be restless, but we can show some
Compassion for our fellows. We can overcome
Our discomfort through the process of letting go
Of the fear and the desperation completely.

We can learn to laugh about our anxieties,
Laughter being the exuberant expression
Of relief. We can hug people much more often
Than we do now. Anxiety dissipates when
We share with others our unique situation.
Learn to see the way that your inner being sees.

Your Top Priority

Stay Happy!

If you saw someone in the street bleeding you would
Try to help them in some way with no second thought
But if someone were acting out negatively
You would scold them back into some conformity
Of accepted behavior. If it need be taught
Be it done so that good acting is understood.

We do this to others and to ourselves as well.
Scolding oneself into a better vibration
Is something we do too often, and we need not
Because it builds resistance. The lesson thus taught
Is not one that contains a healthy solution.
By how it feels in your gut it’s easy to tell.

Know that you can soothe yourself into alignment
By pointing out to yourself how well you’re doing
And how well things are going. Appreciation
For the positive pieces and having more fun
Gets you there and without constantly worrying.
You can in a short time reach that state of content.

The universe will give you back what you vibrate
Whether it’s good or bad. The Law does not discern.
An uplifted heart, a new idea, a smile,
A comment, or a phone call… All these are worthwhile
Things to notice in your life. Be willing to learn
What it is that will hold you in that wholesome state.

The Best Answer Ever

Clarity From Inspiration

What occurs on the world stage among its players
Has to happen according to someone’s belief.
Destined to be historic, this random moment
Has heroes among demons, as any event.
Everyone is disheartened and stricken with grief.
People feel much compassion and offer their prayers.

I create my reality. What does that mean?
The subject of the holocaust I could consume
‘Til I’ve had my fill of it. Then what would be next?
…Climate change, and the woes of the truly perplexed?
I’d be caught in the real fear of impending doom.
Must my sense of what’s happening be all that keen?

How can I tell the story of what I’m living
And be satisfied with all the others there are?
Is it not for the asking? What I’m offering
In the way of vibration is the only thing
That can tell it the absolute truest by far.
We are capable of loving and for giving.

Answers to many questions already exist.
Managed by universal laws, they are sorted
And arranged by importance. Dogs risk getting bugs
In their eyes for the same reason that they get hugs.
No way on God’s green earth is my life force thwarted.
Temptations into turmoil I need to resist.

If Tomorrow Starts Without Me

Welcoming Death

Tomorrow starts without me. Someday it shall be.
Should the sun rise and find your eyes dampened with tears,
Please don’t cry while you’re thinking of those things unsaid.
I know how much you care for me. Tears that are shed
Speak for you and me also, and I have no fears
For a place has been readied in heaven for me.

If it should start with out me, know that what’s occurred
Is that my name was called. Then, taken by the hand,
I was told I must leave earth and all that I love
And ascend to the kingdom of heaven above.
I cannot argue with what the Big One has planned.
As I looked back, a tear fell, and your voice was heard.

It seems almost impossible I’m without you
And can’t hug you goodbye. How I want you to smile.
Emptiness, memories, and sorrows I’ve become.
When I think of the things of the world I grow numb
At the thought of your sorrow. Yet after a while,
I rejoice in the new work I’m given to do.

And when I walked through heaven’s gates I felt at home.
God looked down upon me from a huge golden throne
And said, “This is eternity. All that I said
Will be yours is now yours. You have nothing to dread.”
I’m now ready to give up the earth life I’d known.

In the realm of eternity is where I roam.
