The Best Answer Ever

Clarity From Inspiration

What occurs on the world stage among its players
Has to happen according to someone’s belief.
Destined to be historic, this random moment
Has heroes among demons, as any event.
Everyone is disheartened and stricken with grief.
People feel much compassion and offer their prayers.

I create my reality. What does that mean?
The subject of the holocaust I could consume
‘Til I’ve had my fill of it. Then what would be next?
…Climate change, and the woes of the truly perplexed?
I’d be caught in the real fear of impending doom.
Must my sense of what’s happening be all that keen?

How can I tell the story of what I’m living
And be satisfied with all the others there are?
Is it not for the asking? What I’m offering
In the way of vibration is the only thing
That can tell it the absolute truest by far.
We are capable of loving and for giving.

Answers to many questions already exist.
Managed by universal laws, they are sorted
And arranged by importance. Dogs risk getting bugs
In their eyes for the same reason that they get hugs.
No way on God’s green earth is my life force thwarted.
Temptations into turmoil I need to resist.

The Web Of Life

The Cosmic Collective

Human consciousness is at the same time aware
And is sensitive to its own understanding,
But it also is ignorant of many things.
If we know what we shouldn’t then this knowledge brings
On a much deeper knowing about everything.
Yet our everyday consciousness can’t take us there.

Our sense organs are selective. They will pick out
Certain things they’re receptive to but that is all.
The electromagnetic spectrum is so wide
And within a small segment is where we reside.
Our perception of everything is fairly small.
We take in very little and tolerate doubt.

Consciousness leaves out more than it cares to take in.
That’s the way things are set up in this here and now.
Yet because of this what it’s programmed to ignore
Would be helpful in quelling our horrors and more.
Is there some way on this earth that life may allow
Us to be more enlightened? Where would we begin?

Though it is wise and natural that we’re this way
We gain some understanding through what we access
Through our forms of technology and practices
Of the nature of spirit, and what this all says
Is that we are given the choice to acquiesce
To the grace and the power of forces at play.

Stop Worrying

All Is Not Hell

Somewhere on this big rock is where I must belong
Since this planet conceived me and helps me to grow.
Now, from this simple standpoint, I’m God awful small.
Zooming out a few lightyears, I’m nowhere at all.
There’s not much more to say about all I may know
Because too much of it may turn out to be wrong.

I cannot comprehend infinite tininess
But reality and consciousness tell me that,
Magnetized to this mother, I certainly am,
If only but a short while. I’ll give a good damn
About my interactions, lest social combat
Be the mode of behavior I’m doomed to express.

Life is short; then, I’ll die. This is true of us all.
Every scene that is played out will be forgotten
In the vast void of time. And life will carry on.
Though it seems rather hopeless, wisdom can be drawn
From the wonder of being. My whole life is then
Given mountains of meaning wherein I stand tall.

I will not be remembered, and that is okay.
Nothing I’ve done will matter to me when I’m gone…
As it doesn’t now even while I am still here.
Worrying is a struggle based mostly in fear.
The playground of my consciousness I rely on.
It gets me through the difficult parts of the day.
