Are you willing to listen to that Inner Voice
That no one else can hear that says, “You can’t tell me
What I’m here for.”? It takes a certain fearlessness
To face up to its message. You are nonetheless
Capable of compliance. It wants you to be
In a place where your life is a thing you rejoice.

Do what you want because of the passion you feel –
Not because of the money, prestige, and fanfare.
Do not write a book or get another degree
Unless you feel deeply that’s who you’re meant to be.
There will come a time when not a person will care
Much about you. The probability is real.

Your Inner Voice whispers. It will not speak loudly.
You must get quiet to hear what it has to say.
Don’t confuse it with the noise of your intellect
Which is loud in comparison. Do redirect
Your attention to silence. You will in this way
Get insight from your state of receptivity.

You know which voice to listen to. It’s the sane one –
The one that will guide you to where you want to be.
The voice of the ego train yourself to ignore.
Your Inner Voice can offer you a lot more
In the way of living your life more happily.
Do behold your magnificent journey begun.

Desire

If you fear the unknown you fear that part of you
That knows nothing which means that you are the unknown.
Knowledge can make your life easier in some ways
But it also can complicate most of your days
On the planet. The more you know, the more you’re prone
To believe that you really do not have a clue.

But one thing that you do know is that your desire
Overwhelms you. It’s like breathing in energy
That creates worlds. You live to have your dreams come true.
You know that all the universe will support you
In whatever you’re focused on, so you can be
Confident that the things you want you will acquire.

With desire you can choose one of two directions.
You can go with obsession or passion. If you
Go with obsession it leads to self-destruction.
But with passion a wonderful quest has begun.
Inspiration and insights from out of the blue
Enter your life because of your good connections.

When you were a young child you knew nothing about
Who you were. Your mind was absolutely empty.
It was okay then and it can be so today.
You need not know who you are. It gets in the way
Of your God given purpose which is just To Be.
Back when you were a child you knew this without doubt.

Humor And Fun

The effectiveness of humor is about the
Surprise factor which is all about knowing where
Your are always. Your timing is right on the mark.
If you want to be funny you can put some spark
In your humor by being consciously aware
Of the place where your audience happens to be.

In this world filled with hardships everyone faces
Unique struggles catered to our lives. Amid all
Of the chaos, the best advice is not to take
Life too seriously and give yourself a break
From it all with some laughter and right off the wall
Silliness. Negativity it erases.

Being funny has nothing to do with being
Able to see the lighter side. Being funny
Means providing fun or causing amusement or
Laughter. Someone who’s funny is hard to ignore.
But a sense of humor is the ability
To experience laughter which is quite freeing.

Having a sense of humor and being funny
Are both important. Humor helps us to release
Stress and tension. It helps to create memories
That are wonderful. It can even cure disease.
It’s the delicate balance between war and peace.
The best humor happens unintentionally.

Who You Really Are

We are not here as human beings having a
Spiritual experience. The opposite
Is the issue. We are spiritual beings
Having a human experience, and the things
That surround us are truly for our benefit
If we manage to stay in a positive way.

When you stand in your now moment and you somehow
Put yourself into a high flying vibration
Where you’re not upset, worried, or fettered in fear,
Then everything to you will be perfectly clear.
It is not a big secret that you are the one
Who experiences and who learns to allow.

So, you’re pure positive energy. You create
Your reality. Your frequency remains high
In any situation. That inspiration
You allow to flow freely. Your life can be fun.
Sacred laws of the universe to you apply,
And you know this. You are in a receptive state.

You are much more than you were a blessing ago
When you chose to find happiness in everything
No matter the conditions. The passion you feel
About your life will eventually reveal
Who You Really Are. This will open the wellspring
Of abundance. Your true self is the one to know.

Business

If you want to do business then go right ahead.
Stop asking yourself questions and living in doubt
That it can ever happen. Your nine to five job
That you’ve come to despise definitely will rob
You of happiness which is what life is about.
It’s not healthy to continue something you dread.

Just Do It! But don’t do it because someone claims
To have made tons of money. It is but a scam.
Do what you do with passion. What comes from the heart
Is of intrinsic value. The moment you start
Seeing yourself as worthy you won’t give a damn
Any longer about playing sick social games.

Many people believe they are incapable
Of achieving great things so they settle for less
Than they’re worth. They are living mediocracy.
Believing this is the only way things can be,
In their lives they achieve little to no success,
And happiness is always inaccessible.

Once you have decided, know your industry well.
Learn from those at the top. Research all that you can.
Find your niche, and be master of what you provide
To the world. What you love is done with special pride.
Get with likeminded people, and stick to your plan.
Go the path that the passionate heart does compel.

Control The Mind?

Is it possible for you to control your mind?
It can’t be done directly. It’s not natural.
The mind focuses on things. That’s how it’s designed.
Even when it’s not focused it will try to find
Something to occupy it. Forever it shall,
Like an engine, be fact of the matter inclined.

Suppose you watch a movie that you like a lot.
Your focus is then amplified because you’re glued
To the screen for a long while. Because you like it
Your mind will stay engaged. You will not want to quit
What you’re doing. You are in a positive mood,
And that brings with it focus much more so than not.

Other kinds of emotions will do the same thing.
It’s as if the brain takes all its cues from the heart.
Greed and fear bring focus with them as does passion
Of the kind that’s expressed as love or aggression.
Whatever the mind does, the heart plays a big part.
The perception of consciousness is unending.

Breathing helps the mind focus in a certain way
That is deeply relaxing. You can concentrate
On a sound or a mantra. There is a cleansing
That the practice of intended breathing will bring
To the mind. It can put you in a righteous state
Of alignment. There isn’t a huge price to pay.

Life Is No Brief Candle

Do Mondays excite you? Do you anticipate
Getting back to work? Do you look forward instead
To the weekend approaching? Are you unfulfilled
In you life and dissatisfied instead of thrilled?
Do you stick with it because it’s stuck in your head
That security means do something that you hate?

Life is not a brief candle but a splendid torch
That you have gotten hold of. You were not sent here
To wander aimlessly. Your time and energy
Are wasted by your wallowing in self-pity
Obstacles come and go, so don’t hold on to fear.
The fire of your passion is one that will not scorch.

It’s not necessary to be a great leader
Or the head honcho of a big corporation
To consider yourself powerful and mighty.
The street sweeper, plumber, and poet can all be
The creator magnificent in the long run
As long as they are doing what they would prefer.

If you’re stuck at a job that’s not your cup of tea
Then perhaps it is time to put your fear aside.
People may call you foolish for quitting without
A ‘back up plan.’ They will try to introduce doubt
Into your equation. People are not your guide.
Your reward will include happiness and safety.

Navigate The Splitting Prism

Everything in the universe operates on
Resonance of energy, and the transmission
Is from the higher mind. The body receives it
Like an antenna. It hesitates not one bit
To turn it into passion for getting things done.
The conclusion that it’s a good thing is foregone.

Energetic transmissions from the higher mind
Occur often throughout our entire time here.
Each of us is a prism that changes white light
Into visible spectra and novel insight.
When one becomes excited the vision is clear.
Creativity, love, and passion one will find.

Physical action is needed to seal the deal.
It completes the circuit, and the actions you take
Are aligned with the reality you prefer
Instead of wishing and hoping things will occur.
Your translation of pure light can never be fake
But the action is needed to make the dream real.

This is how you Navigate The Splitting Prism.
By acting on your passion you will become whole.
Everyday you move closer to what is ideal
But along the way you have the option to feel
The wonderfulness of life deep down in your soul
Where the purest of everything you need comes from.

You Chose To Come To Earth

A moment in eternity meant to be you
In its fullest expression. That moment is now.
Looking back on your past lives and forward to those
Of magnificent promise, your higher self knows
That you came to this planet in part to allow
Your true self to emerge from all that you may do.

Do not think you were ‘put’ here. You did make the choice
To be part of everything that’s now occurring.
This thinking disempowers you. You are the one
Who decided to come here mostly to have fun…
But to experience and to keep on growing.
You are here now, and it is time that you rejoice.

Belief systems that no longer work you release
And replace them with those that are in alignment
With who you truly are. This is co-creation
At its most basic level. All that you have done
From the earliest times to the very present
Is for the purpose of your enjoyment and peace.

To assist with the emerging paradigm shift
With passion and a vision as clear as can be,
You came here. It’s a blessing that you are on earth.
This is evident at every single one’s birth.
Concern with the outcome let go of completely.
In the heat of the chaos you’re here to uplift.

Of Two Minds

I don’t have to actively create my desires
If I merely focus on following the flow.
Fulfillment of my needs will always manifest
If they are relevant to my being my best.
The current of creation is one that I know
Contains all the things that my existence requires.

In my current of creation there is knowledge
Beyond what my physical mind can comprehend
But the higher mind is what the current contains
While the ego mind thinks it knows all and complains
About guidance it’s given. How can I suspend
It’s behavior? I fell like I’m on the knife’s edge.

Making things happen is a form of resistance
To the current, therefore I must go with the flow
And let my life unfold for me naturally.
Let the perfect machine of synchronicity
Do its good work by stopping thinking that I know
Anything because I don’t. I’m taking a chance.

I’ve no clue whatsoever. This matter is fact.
The beginning of wisdom is knowing that I
Do not know, but the higher mind knows everything.
It knows what needs to happen, and by listening
To its guidance. I have no choice but to comply
With my higher mind for a positive impact.

Attend To Your Passion

Many multi-dimensional realities
Can be known in the same way your inner being
Can perceive all extensions that are part of it.
Accepting higher frequencies, we benefit
From acting on our passion. It’s truly freeing
To delve into your treasured psychic mysteries.

The language of our physical reality
Is physical action. It is not about words.
Your excitement about something will bring you more
That will lead you to what you are passionate for.
Ideas and insights inundate like the birds
But the language of your soul is pure energy.

Your soul communicates with you only this way.
The body translates energy into passion.
Act On It! You are answering the higher mind
In the affirmative. Once that you are aligned
With your purpose you can get a lot of things done
More efficiently. You attain more with each day.

If you are not acting on your passion you will
Not receive any clues or opportunities.
Pay attention to what your passion is about.
All that keeps you from acting is lingering doubt
That you’ll prosper. Life can be an absolute breeze.
You have only your most cherished dream to fulfill.

A Small Tuning

There are some reasons to ignore reality.
One can just find that feeling place and wallow there
In the bliss of contentment and that is okay
If you do find some peace in living life this way.
It’s in no way dynamic yet you are aware
Of the fullness of yourself and how you should be.

In your ignorance it’s easier then to feel
Your way into that state where nothing can go wrong.
Tuning into your wholeness, focused attention
You give to all of life. There’s no need to mention
The ignorable horror which is a sad song.
Are you called Pollyanna for not being real?

Undivided attention to life you shall give
After some hibernation – enough to get you
Feeling passion for something that you already
Love to do when you’re being the best you can be.
It is not complicated, this thing you must do
In order to live the way that you want to live.

When someone asks, “How are you,” do speak what is true:
“I have never been better. Angels have blessed me
With a world of abundance. I’m in paradise…”
You might blow them away, but they must pay the price
For their asking. You can be assured they won’t be
Calling you Pollyanna or messing with you.

Mirror Mirror

What if things in the mirror occurred that do not
In reality? That would be interesting.
It would be like another world parallel to
This one that we are living. Which one would be true?
Ideas such as this do not a headache bring
If one has been accustomed to thinking a lot.

What if we could cross over into that domain
That can only be known by mirror reflection
And take care of some business while we’re over there
That we wouldn’t have to bother much with elsewhere?
Would it be an efficient way to get things done?
Or would all of our work there be done quite in vain?

Each of us is a reflective surface to all
People that we encounter as we interact.
We can reach into others and change how they feel
About images of us. We also conceal
Our true vision of things. Not making eye contact
Makes the reflective surface an effective wall.

Synchronicity is a sense of awareness
Of glimpses into other realms, Perfect timing
Is the organizing principle of belief
In a wonderful real world. There can be relief
Through each blessing acknowledged. Release the wellspring
Of abundant wellbeing. Go for nothing less.

Who You Really Are

A spiritual being you are at your core –
Not a physical body. It is but your home
While you’re here on this planet. The essence of you
Is your eternal spirit. All that you go through
To be human need not be an awful syndrome.
There are so many wonderful things to explore.

When you stand in your now moment, somehow, someway
You have practiced yourself into an altered state.
It’s a high flying vibration where you’re not pissed
Or worried about something that doesn’t exist.
From your state of alignment is where you create
An attractive life story where it’s fun to play.

Your are pure positive energy, so allow,
Because you’re at that high frequency already,
Inspiration to flow to you now and always.
Be in love with the place where your consciousness stays.
Your are much more than what you thought yourself to be.
You receive by the thoughts that you are thinking now.

Your are now the extension of that source within
And that’s when you feel passion and more clarity.
It is when you’re most clever and your funniest.
Your magnificent self is the one that’s expressed.
Feeling better is always the best way to be.
You can feel more than comfortable in your own skin.

Dare To Dream

In this world full of wonder it’s so nice to know
That my freedom to dream is my God given gift
That I then give to others. It’s not my concern
What they do with what is given. All that I learn
About life supports always a positive shift
In my thinking. In this simple way I must grow.

Many people dream big dreams and small, but often
Negative beliefs and definitions keep some
From pursuing them. What exactly holds them back
Are the reasons things won’t work and feelings of lack.
But with creative effort they can overcome
Self-defeating activity time and again.

Like a child I have always been… quite immature
In the ways of the real world. My dreams are my own.
But to share them with others in humility
Is by now what is left of the best part of me.
What I have done to others hurts me to the bone.
A most vivid pre life review I shall endure.

This is not the whole story that I hope to tell.
It indeed is unending as I reach the end
Of a physical chapter in eternity.
It’s an honor reporting how I came to be.
The more hell that I take now the less I will spend
Catching up on my karma. I yearn to be well.

All that I dare to dream has already come true
In the moment that I realize it is so.
So, to now keep my focus on the final one
I have faith that I will get a whole lot more done
In the way of atonement. This life of sorrow
Is an elegant picture of what not to do.

A Long And Fulfilling Life

Some would say it’s a given that life is fulfilled
When the spirit is happy on into old age.
Normalcy in this manner helps this race survive,
And the secret to living is always to strive
For the next new adventure in which to engage
The spirit, most willing and able to be thrilled.

It’s simple but not easy to get there from where
One is most disadvantaged in terms of spirit.
Remember what excited you in your childhood.
What did you love to do because it felt so good?
If your past is atrocious learn not to fear it
Because there’s some redemption in visiting there.

What do you love to do after work and when you
Have the time and the energy at your avail?
To love what you do by doing that which you love
Your reward is the earth and blessings from above.
Deliver more that you promise, and you can’t fail.
Find a reason for living that is more than true.

Failure is fertilizer. It doesn’t smell good.
You don’t want to roll in it, but from it can grow
Seeds of absolute greatness and worldly success.
Chase your passion – not pension. Eliminate stress.
Don’t retire. Do inspire with the things that you know.
Your life will be remembered indeed as it should.

Reason And Passion

My soul is oftentimes a grotesque battlefield
Upon which judgment and reason wage bitter war
Against passion and appetite. Is there someone
Who could be the peacemaker to get the work done
That my discord and rivalry I’ll exchange for
Melody amid oneness wherein I am healed?

But how shall you address my most troublesome need
Unless I myself make peace with all elements
That my being consists of? Passion and Reason
Are the sails and the rudder. The voyage begun
Without one or the other must lead to events
Unbecoming a vessel. Who could intercede?

Reason ruling alone is a force confining,
And passion unattended is an open flame
That burns to its own destruction. For this reason
Let my soul exalt reason in praise of passion
For without proper guidance it will cause me shame.
As two guests in my home much do both of them bring.

I then treat them as equal. To elevate one
Is to lose the faith and love from both of the two.
Among hills as I sit in the cool shade of trees
I’ll know God rests in reason. From that place of ease
God also moves in passion. I am the one who,
As a leaf in the forest, has only begun.

Forget Talent

If you feel you have talent that’s worthwhile to share
Yet the absence of feedback is too much to take,
Then perhaps perseverance and passion alone
Make talent less significant. People are prone
To be harshly judgmental. They’ll cut you no brake.
The resistance is futile if you really care.

To get anything done that is truly worthwhile
And it’s meaningful to you and any others
You must have a deep interest in what you do,
And your practicing to the edge makes it come true.
Perseverance and passion cut through your druthers.
Practicing until it’s perfect must be your style.

If it means so much to you, then it also means
That there are others waiting to hear what you say.
Just as surely as cricket sounds in the still void
You cannot let your message get lost or destroyed
By a lack of self-confidence. Do not betray
The power and magnificence locked in your genes.

To have grit is important. When getting knocked down
Through the process of living, the spirit gets strong.
It withstands all the negative and maintains hope.
Success shouldn’t feel like you’re walking a tightrope.
Keep your vibration high and you cannot go wrong.
In a short time you will be someone of renown.

Emotional Life

Personal, domestic, and emotional parts
Of the life come together harmoniously.
Integrated and at one with oneself, one can
Form relationships easily without a plan.
As a total person and speaking truthfully,
One may romance the master and win other’s hearts.

Approaching everything as if it were your mate
Is a good or a tragic thing depending on
Your technique and soul character. There can be bliss
Happily ever after the very first kiss.
From the wellspring of guidance through spirit is drawn
What is needed by each and both to make life great.

Give and take – the dichotomy each must engage
To maintain the commitment – is nurtured and learned
Through observing examples of wholesome living.
Acted out, then, they become most stimulating
In the quest for companionship. Love is not earned.
This common misperception evades center stage.

In the spotlight by night and the sunlight by day,
Being open and honest, emotions run deep,
So to keep them too well hidden cannot be wise.
Made a part of one’s realness are integral lies
That erode close encounters and renders them cheap.
Passionate we were meant to be while here at play.

Feel The Heat

Calculated, the coolness, through heart, comes erect.
Instantly, the eternal is taken to flight.
I’ll find gratification in what I create.
Immersed in self-expression while transforming hate
Into something aesthetic, I pray that I might
Have found just the solution that I can respect.

Life is less of a burden when energy flows
In accordance with patterns ordained by the nerves.
Passion pumps through the system to compress the air
To uplift sympathetically, with loving care,
Heated hearts of the spirit who truly deserves
Some relief from restrictions that life may impose.

Simple, friendly aggression, the kind felt in sport,
Yet with heart super-heated to such a degree
That it jumpstarts behavior is something to feel.
I can see life as mental but is my life real?
I cannot take for grated that which can move me
Toward creative fulfillment because life is short.
