In good health, you can confide in the direction
Of your inner being who has the upper hand.

The manifestation in the body is an
Exaggerated version of what’s going on
With your feelings, but you can shift an emotion
With much more ease than after the damage is done.
You have your guidance system to rely upon.
Your awareness is important to your game plan.

If you wait until there’s a manifestation,
Then it’s much harder to emotionally get
Around what’s taken place in your body, therefore
Catch it in the beginning and do not explore
All the things about your life you deeply regret
Having gone through even though it’s your creation.

Understand your emotions and recognize why
You are having them. Sorting them out can help you
To cope with them. Find some form of relaxation
Such as yoga, Tai Chi, guided meditation,
Or just listening to music. Things you can do
Are quite many. It’s worthwhile to give some a try.

What’s so appealing about unfulfilled desire?
You’re not the only Vortex through which answers come.
Connected to Source Energy you are always.
It and you are deserving of infinite praise.
It is where all your creative power comes from.
What state of consciousness does this moment require?

You’ve the resources to discover the answer
To any question and to find the solution
To every problem. Contrast causes you to ask.
It is answered immediately, and your task
Is to feel good and watch for the evolution
Of abundance in your life begin to occur.

Are you right now in vibrational alignment
With the problem or with the solution? You can
Get so solution oriented that you’ll find
Answers to problems before they’ve entered your mind.
Feeling anticipation is much better than
Neediness and a sense of psychic confinement.

There is nothing that you cannot have, do, or be.
You can change lanes before the accident happens.
You can find the thought or the action that it takes
Toward illness or wellness. So, for goodness sakes,
Consider your feelings to be your best of friends.
Feel the best that you can now, and take it easy.

Speed Things Up

Increasing Momentum

When in any moment you’re feeling satisfied,
It’s a good indicator that you’ve closed the gap
And that you’re flowing with what is new and improved.
Even in its absence you remain far removed
From discouragement. You know that it is a trap.
It will only make the chasm ever so wide.

You are not introducing resistance, meaning
You are not in your own way. Dissatisfaction
Tempts you into complaining to others who will
Follow you because they get some kind of a thrill
From the hardships of others. Don’t be self-undone.
You know when your vibration requires some cleaning.

Where you are here and now is the bouncing off place
To something more appealing. Endure the contrast
Of the present. Your inner being takes the bounce,
But if you don’t, the gap widens by huge amounts.
So, the way that you can get things to happen fast
Is to be in that positive, satisfied space.

Sometimes your bouncing off place is not as pleasant
As you’d like it, if fact, it can be an ordeal
To go on functioning. Keep the bounce in your heart.
Every moment of your life can be a fresh start.
You are free to create in your life what is real.
Satisfaction you can find within the present.

Make Peace With Where You Are

Enjoy The Present

Find something to be happy about – anything,
Then be happy about it, and find another
Thing that will make you happy, and then be happy
About it. Celebrate where you happen to be.
Of the invention of your life, you’re the mother.
To the table, you have an abundance to bring.

Do not try to fix the world. It isn’t broken
Nor is it something worthy of your attention.
Nothing needs to be reformed. Make Peace With Where You
Are
right now. It remains the best thing you can do.

Don’t engage with what’s beyond your comprehension
Because beasts of the past may then be awoken.

Look for things to be happy about, and make lists
Of positive aspects. You can do a rampage
Of appreciation for what is going well
In you life at the moment. You know not to dwell
On the things that aren’t working, so you don’t engage
In the negative. The best part of you resists.

Be selfishly interested in how you feel
In each moment. Let everyone else attend to
How they feel. You’ll fulfill your reason for being.
You’ll delight in your ability for seeing
The big picture. Believe what is in store for you.
You’ll be living the life that is for you ideal.
