If You Can Dream It…

You can do, be, or have anything, it’s been said
Quite a bit by now and it’s worth saying again
And again until it becomes fully ingrained
In the consciousness where it can thus be maintained
As your mantra which you can recite now and then
To enhance all the perfectly good times ahead.

So are you a cooperative component?
Certainly if you don’t harbor worry or doubt.
When you’re free of resistance your dream will come true.
You must stay connected to the best part of you.
It’s the one who knows everything you’re all about.
As you dream you remain in extreme contentment.

Scientists come up with new science in this way.
They start out with a hypothesis then they get
Enough others to believe what once was a dream.
As you’re dreaming you’re letting yourself flow downstream
Straight toward what you’re after. A major asset
Is your dreaming so do it throughout every day.

You need not care if your dream comes to fruition.
In so doing you throw resistance in the mix.
If you dream enough for the joy of dreaming, you
Will be manifesting things from out of the blue.
It is the safest way for you to get your kicks.
You may become a master of acquisition.

Don’t Put People In Boxes

Boxes are an invention of society
And because human nature is fatally prone
To the drawing of lines and the taking of sides
In an instant the ignorant ego decides
Who someone is when nothing about them is known.
We put people into boxes too easily.

There’s us and there’s them. We can feel comfortable
With some people but with others we would prefer
To keep at a distance. There are those we can share
Something with but with others we don’t seem to care.
We must learn to not judge a book by its cover.
What’s to become of us if we’re just unable?

There are those of us with many chapters and those
Just starting our own stories. There’s the well to do
And those doing what they can do just to survive.
There are those with the goods and they want to deprive
Everyone else of theirs. There are those who are true
To their higher selves and through their actions it shows.

The continuing drama of human affairs
Is unending. The time that we take to sort out
Everyone on the planet can be better used
For reflection. The ego is always confused
About others and itself. It’s fettered in doubt.
Stay in touch with the spirit within you who cares.

The Need For More Lives?

I’m a creative person. I get a lot done,
And I love it. There’s noting in life I want more
Than to be inundated with activities
That excite me. I would ask the universe, “Please
Give me more lives, or at least more time to explore
All the things I’m involved with as I’m having fun.”

No matter where my focus is, it’s all about
My exhilaration – my joyful becoming.
But my thinking may show some signs of resistance
Because while I do one thing I’m missing the chance
To do others. It screws with my psychic plumbing
In a way that produces in me certain doubt.

So my point of attraction is way off the mark
Because I’m missing things that I want. I’m aware
More of what I’m not allowing to manifest.
In the mode of receiving I will get the best
Course of action by impulse. Enough I must care
About keeping my spirit away from the dark.

I’m loving the power of imagination.
When I’m in the receiving mode I don’t complain
About not getting things done. Then I can create
A life for myself that I would consider great.
My connection with Source Energy I maintain
If I can remain in a state of elation.

Selflessness

Every emotion you feel in life is a choice,
Which means that you control everything that you feel.
You were meant to enjoy life. If you can learn how,
You’ll never be a burden on others. Allow
That to be your gift to others and the ordeal
Of your own neediness you will not want to voice.

The least selfish thing you can do and the most kind
Is to be in alignment with the best of you.
It’s also the most loving and graceful of things
You can do. Clarity and wellbeing it brings.
So, can it be called selfless? What you choose to do
To help others can in itself be self-inclined.

Everyone has the right to live their life as they
Choose to live it, as long as they don’t interfere
With the same right of others. “We love the things we
Love for what they are.” When you love genuinely,
Empathy becomes natural. Then you can hear
What the other is saying. Fear washes away.

What you think of yourself must be more important
Than what others think of you. You give up control
In the moment you let others know you’re willing
To do anything for them. You can by filling
Your heart with love reach into someone else’s soul.
It’s okay to be selfless. There’s no one who can’t.

If You Can Dream It, You Can Have It

There is nothing that you cannot have, do, or be.
You live in a cooperative universe
Which includes you physical body and whatever
Else that meets you approval. All that you prefer
You can have if you dream it. Nothing could be worse
Than to not dream. It would be a catastrophe.

You alone form the image, and if you do not
Defy it with reality, expectation,
Or the knowledge of experts, you cooperate
With the forces that make everything turn out great.
What you dream about is an adventure begun.
It’s no wonder that so many do it a lot.

You can be a cooperative component.
Everything that you’ve wanted has been assembled,
But to see the manifestation of it, you
Have to be in alignment. Your attention to
How you feel is important. It is resembled
In what shows up in your life to a large extent.

An anomaly you are to those who believe
That to dream is to waste time. As you prove them wrong,
New sciences develop, which could take some time.
Until then, the feeling that you have is sublime.
Here and now, you are right where you feel you belong.
Through the process of dreaming, you get to receive.

The Center Of The World

Westerners find it difficult to imagine
The kinds of mystical trans-theological
Experiences that Eastern cultures know well.
Science dictates our perceptions. It’s a hard sell.
So, the image of God fits not our rationale.
Therefore all theists are living in mortal sin?

It’s a way of articulating the absurd
Ways of thinking that come with the disconnection
Of God from our observations. What we believe,
Through our logic and everything that we perceive,
Is that every problem must have a solution.
Spirituality is forever deferred.

The state that one achieves during meditation
Is one where one can experience total bliss.
Symbols, imagery, and chatter that flood the mind
Fade into nothingness. One becomes not confined
By perceptions. Bad influences you dismiss
In the moment. You are at peace with everyone.

The hub of the universe is the central pole
Where stillness and movement coexist and are one.
Movement is time, and stillness is eternity.
The sense of life is realizing this to be.
It’s a resting point on your life’s journey begun.
Being there more often does wonders for the soul.
