Own Your Feelings

You can’t cover up feelings with words or actions.
You must own them. Admit how you’re feeling – not for
Any other, but yourself. To thine self be true.
Your emotions are the only guidance for you.
Calibrate to good feelings, and you’ll receive more.
You will need patience with the more difficult ones.

You’ve got to own how you feel, otherwise feedback
You can’t get. It makes you fell that ‘they’ are at fault,
But there is no assertion. You feel as you do
By your own choice. Your feelings are all about you.
Never should they be taken with a grain of salt.
In your knowing this, you will cut others some slack.

You may want someone to behave a certain way
That seems ‘right’ to you. You must clearly understand
That all people have free will. You can’t interfere
With their path. The message is meant to be austere.
Of your own feelings you have been given command.
Don’t expect someone else to make happy your day.

Your emotion is also known as vibration.
The realness of its energy can’t be denied.
Use it for your own guidance. That’s what it is for.
It will lead you to all the things that you adore.
The best part of it is that you get to decide
How to feel. This is relevant to everyone.

Ask, Believe… Receive

All you need is desire, but you hardly ever
Have a wanting for something without a belief
That opposes it. That’s why things have stayed the same,
Which makes you not believe in the attraction game.
Your desire then becomes something that gives you grief.
Your wanting is a spiritual endeavor.

If you could just have a pure desire, it would be
Such a blessing, because without the resistance,
It would manifest easily. If you believe
It can happen, then it’s likely you will achieve
Fulfillment of your wishes. It isn’t by chance
That this happens. Your heart must be resistance free.

Your desire will gain power if you can let go
Of the asking and line up with the energy
That creates worlds and keeps them suspended in space.
That power is your point of attraction and grace.
You do not have to prove or get others to see
The reason for your passion, for they cannot know.

When desires and beliefs match, things fall into place
Without effort, like magic. But when they do not,
Things are difficult. Yet negative emotion
Is your guidance toward a better solution.
As you’re living you life, give it all that you’ve got.
Take advantage of the power that you embrace.

Don’t Blame Others

My path has been unfolding, and it’s so easy
To fulfill my desires. People are amazing.
Wholesome experiences punctuate my day.
Things are always working out for me in this way.
Nothing much can keep my consciousness from raising.
Many wonderful things are happening to me.

Behind that, there’s a lot that is not happening.
Sometimes it feels as if I’ve been pushed from a plane,
But I cannot give credit where it isn’t due.
I’m the one who attracts things through my point of view.
To think that I’ve been pushed borders on the insane.
Can I be more careful in my ways of thinking?

My own point of attraction is what draws to me
Everything I experience. Blaming others
Brings about psychic misery. I have control
Of how I feel at all times. In this, I’m made whole…
Not a part of something that someone else prefers.
In accepting my own mess, I can become free.

Cooperative components help me to live
Out the vibration I offer. They coalesce
According to how I feel. No one else but me
Is the cause of my issues. My reality
Becomes more in alignment with fun and success.
The more I ask, the more the universe will give.

Allow Infinite Abundance

How can I find a way to be comfortable
Spending money on myself? It is traumatic.
I want things, but I feel paralyzed to allow
Myself to have them. It would be nice to know how
To spend lavishly and to remain ecstatic.
How do I become wealthy, serene, and stable?

It’s one hell of an issue. It’s probably mine
Along with many others’. I bear to make do
With the basics, when it’s luxury and beauty
That I want in my life. Am I destined to be
Ever wanting the freedom to live what is true
To my wishes? Is my circumstance by design?

Many of us have been taught shortage consciousness
By people who we lived with who had influence
In our upbringing, so there is never enough.
Waste not, want not. We must save for when times get tough.
This mindset in itself is of heavy expense.
It leaves no room for the pursuit of happiness.

There is not a finite amount of abundance.
It expands in direct proportion to our dreams.
I can justify it with hard work if I may,
But my appreciation is all I need pay.
I am worthy regardless of how it all seems.
There is no limit to what my soul can finance.

Holding Back

When dealing with issues of supply and demand
Where demand is much greater, what does it all mean
In terms of my creating? I’ve been asking for
What I want to come hither, so need I do more?
I know now enough to keep my vibration clean
So that I can deal with whatever is at hand.

I put forth too much effort for what I get done.
So my valve is not open to my receiving
Due to my negative thought patterns. They’re stronger
Than the things and circumstances I would prefer.
I must sort out what I must give up believing.
It’s of no benefit to me or anyone.

The universe provides an infinite supply
Of whatever is needed. All I need to do
Now is remain receptive and keep my focus
On the prize. It is never worthwhile to discuss
Anything negative. Only lack will accrue.
I can’t be satisfied with my just getting by.

Holding Back the abundance available to
Everyone, I do myself a huge injustice.
I can tell by the way I feel if I’m on track.
No longer need I function from a place of lack.
It is nice that I can pause and savor the bliss.
In my life these spiritual teachings ring true.

Ask, Believe… Receive

Like the three-cycle rhythm of your beating heart,
The process of receiving all that you desire
Is a powerful one. The reason you came here
Is so that you can cherish the things that are dear.
When you are well adjusted you have the entire
Universe to support you. It wants to take part.

Desire is all you need to make wishes come true.
As it burns deep within you, you are energized
And aligned with creation. If you have some doubt
About receiving what you want you will miss out
On its manifestation. So it is advised
That you keep negative thoughts far away from you.

All that you’ve ever wanted is known by the part
Of you who is your truest self, and it knows how
To give you perfect guidance along your journey.
A magnificent relationship there can be
Between you and your spirit. You need but allow
Your desire to consume every beat of your heart.

There is no assertion in this world as we know.
It is a misperception due to the contrast
We experience daily. There can only be
Attraction. Everything comes vibrationally.
Spiritual is the fortune you have amassed.
It becomes manifest when you go with the flow.

Your desire is the only thing you’ll ever need
But you hardly ever let yourself entertain
A desire without shooting it down with your doubt.
Things that keep showing up are clearly all about
Your own lack of commitment. There’s nothing to gain
In hoping that your struggle will help you succeed.

You have given your inner being subtle clues.
You’re contributing always. Your relationship
With yourself you have nurtured over many years.
Your reluctance to movement results from your fears
Of failure, but this agony you can well skip.
You always have the freedom to feel as you choose.

There is only attraction. There’s no assertion.
When you try to force something it rarely works out.
When desires and beliefs match are when things occur
That will be most delightful. The life you prefer
Is available to you. You do have much clout
In commanding the universe, and it is fun.

You have unwillingly calibrated to things
And beliefs about things you do not even want
Through unconscious behaviors that you can release.
The power of your presence is eternal peace
And the life you enjoy here can be but a jaunt.
You’ll get used to a new heart that constantly sings.

As I’m sifting through contrast, the variety
Of the things I don’t want in my life I welcome.
It means that I’m alive, and what life is about
Is accepting all circumstances with no doubt
That they can get much better. The best rule of thumb
Is to trust that the universe does support me.

I’ve a deep relationship with that part of me
Who is larger, much wiser, and connected to
Everything in existence. Emotionally
I can know that my inner self wants me to be
At the peak of perfection. All that I need do
Is desist from the struggle and dare to be free.

If I have not expanded to a newer place
I would not feel the discord of not being there.
If I have not become it, then I wouldn’t feel
Discomfort about it. It is meant to reveal
What I’d like to see happen, and with utmost care
Negative episodes I may learn to embrace.

Where I am now is perfect from the point of view
Of my innermost being who sees everything
As a work in the making. There always will be
Something new to desire. I’m eternally
In the process of being more and becoming
Ever closer to perfect than what is now true.

I’ve had many close calls in life, and I’m alive
By the grace of divine loving forces somewhere
Outside of this reality that protect me
From myself when not focused. I’m most gratefully
In the lap of wellbeing. I’m now more aware
Of a consciousness through which my being may thrive.

I had not trusted in it. I was ignorant
Of the broader perspective of which I’m a part.
My always doing things the same way causes me
To expect things to happen that don’t have to be.
My calamitous ways lead to a better start.
I know what things I can do and what things I can’t.

This Source knows where I am in relationship to
Where I want to be. The path of least resistance
It knows also. Resources and help are plenty.
The reason I don’t let good things happen to me
Is that I’ve copped the notion that my circumstance
Is a thing that only my proud self can work through.

It is there, and it’s knowing and loving always.
I’ll acknowledge its presence and honor it more
And expect it to be there when I need it most.
One can be absent minded while being engrossed
In the business of living, and my asking for
Instant help when I need it enhances my days.
