Game Of Freedom

Bittersweet independence inflicted upon
A few more of its citizens by someone who
Is deranged yet has high-powered weapons to play
Deadly games with the populous slaughters the day
Of the birth of a nation. So what else is new?
Soon the hearing of such news produces a yawn.

Any Tom, Dick, or Harry, no matter how sick
Legally is an arsenal, so it’s game on.
We The People are by now also sitting ducks.
I fear leaving my house. The anxiety sucks.
There may not come a time when it’s completely gone.
I’m as safe as a perverted carnival trick.

To the days of Matt Dillon we’ve sadly returned.
Everyone packs a piece. That’s just the way things are
So I’d better be careful wherever I go
Anyone without reason can decide to blow
Me away. Who’s to say that this has gone too far?
Why is our leadership so grossly unconcerned?

A gun or a sick bastard has more human rights
Than a woman by now due to misogyny.
Everyone has their piece to say. This is my own.
Marshall Dillon can’t be everywhere that is known.
This wild west is no place for creatures such as me.
Who is next to be caught in some crazy man’s sites?

A powerful motivator fear has to be
To get things moving toward the right direction.
Politics and the dollar can be defeated.
A nation reflects how its people are treated.
Pro Life means banning weapons of mass destruction.
Freedom now is a game that is played lethally.

You Chose To Come To Earth

A moment in eternity meant to be you
In its fullest expression. That moment is now.
Looking back on your past lives and forward to those
Of magnificent promise, your higher self knows
That you came to this planet in part to allow
Your true self to emerge from all that you may do.

Do not think you were ‘put’ here. You did make the choice
To be part of everything that’s now occurring.
This thinking disempowers you. You are the one
Who decided to come here mostly to have fun…
But to experience and to keep on growing.
You are here now, and it is time that you rejoice.

Belief systems that no longer work you release
And replace them with those that are in alignment
With who you truly are. This is co-creation
At its most basic level. All that you have done
From the earliest times to the very present
Is for the purpose of your enjoyment and peace.

To assist with the emerging paradigm shift
With passion and a vision as clear as can be,
You came here. It’s a blessing that you are on earth.
This is evident at every single one’s birth.
Concern with the outcome let go of completely.
In the heat of the chaos you’re here to uplift.

What Is Telepathy?

That the more unconditional love you emit
The more you can identify with other folk
Is a provable fact regarding everyone.
Generally there is a bit of confusion
As to what is occurring. We each are a spoke
In the Wheel of Creation. We are used to it.

And you are the only one in your universe.
There’s no one else to read but yourself. It is true
That the idea of other people is one
That is not of your universe. Nothing is done
That you are not a part of. The concept of you
Is your own. It is in it that you do immerse.

You are not reading anyone’s mind. You’re simply
Vibrating at the same frequency so you will
Have the same thoughts at the same time, so that you are
Independent of contact, which would be bizarre.
All it takes is some time to develop this skill.
Some are born with a ton of it naturally.

Using someone as a symbol to resonate,
What you do is ‘become’ them as much as you can
Through positive emotion. Like tuning forks we
Allow ourselves to vibrate at the frequency
Of the one we are focused on, woman or man.
You can make a practice of achieving this state.

Using Visualizations

Visualizations are an excellent tool
For manifesting the things that you most prefer.
You create a symbol that will best represent
The outcome most ideal. Every detail is meant
To arouse your emotions, and as they occur
You will become elated. This is very cool.

If you have a good picture of it in your mind –
The thing or the condition you want to happen –
It is easy then to get super excited.
Your dream ship will be traveling full speed ahead.
You can get to that good place again and again.
This is how you become with your desire aligned.

Now, once you have reached that state, what you need to do
Is to utterly, completely drop the picture
And just be open to what your higher mind knows
Is the perfect match. Positive energy flows
Where it’s needed. The symbol was just to procure
The passion necessary to stimulate you.

The mind that is physical can only conjure
An extremely limited image of what’s best
For itself and for you. You do not know a thing.
Know that your higher mind can ultimately bring
Something much more fulfilling than what you expressed
As your ultimate vision. It isn’t secure.

Turning Crap Into Gold

Utterly catastrophic my whole life has been.
Now that I’m in my seventies I realize
That I have been a tyrant – selfishly insane.
Silently I’m remorseful. I suffer the pain
Of a qualified loser. In most people’s eyes
I am one who the entire world should chagrin.

How I got this way at this point matters not much.
Little time I may have left to make it all right
If that is even possible. I have cut ties
For this lifetime. I know that was not very wise
Even for an old bastard. I’ve no appetite
For connecting, relating, confiding, and such.

But I do know how to express myself with ease.
It’s the single most significant way for me
To make sense of my troubled self and to explore
Possible ways to monetize what I adore.
With some consciousness my life could turn out to be
Something that has some meaning that others may seize.

There will be other lifetimes. Opportunities
I will find most abundant. My sorrow ignites
The torch of my continuing this existence.
There’s no other option. I have some common sense.
The only thing to do is to focus my sights
On eternal redemption amid my feces.

The Control Surrender Brings

The more you surrender to who you really are
The more that you will realize that it’s control
Because you have it already. You just forgot.
You have what’s called a ‘higher self.’ It knows a lot.
Sometimes it is referred to as your ‘oversoul.’
From the truth that is purest this cannot be far.

Fear may be the emotion that first manifests
At the notion of giving up any damned thing
Let alone your control of things. You often fail
Because you disregard one important detail:
The feeling of relief that surrender can bring.
Yet it’s one of your most adamant of requests.

To a deeper wisdom and knowing we can turn
Our ego and self-will. There’s a higher timeline
And a plan that we follow. We need to let go
Of our painful distortions that trouble us so.
Trust in that wisdom that everything will be fine.
With each instance there is so much that we can learn.

We are not giving up on the situation.
We give up on the notion that we are able
To manage what’s occurring. We come to adjust
Our ill attitude toward it. We learn to trust.
Our spiritual life can become more stable
When we know that there is no hard work to be done.

Permission Slip

There are so many processes, tools, and techniques
Like religion, exercise, and meditation…
This is certainly not a bad thing. It in fact
Gives us many ways to keep the spirit intact.
So there is no reason for not choosing just one.
We each listen to the voice that most loudly speaks.

Each one gives us permission to be who we are
At our purest. Belief systems play a big part
In the choice of tradition, and the artifacts
That are used may be the very thing that attracts
One’s attention. One’s method is taken to heart.
That place of inner knowing is never too far.

We can change belief systems as easily as
We can change our appearance. The tool that we use
Allows for that to happen. When we are in need
It is by our belief system that we are freed.
What’s even more awesome is that we get to choose
How much weight on our living that each moment has.

Whatever we’re attracted to, we are because
It works well at the moment, but ultimately,
You come to know that you’re the one making changes
To your outlook as the universe arranges
What is needed. You are the tool absolutely
In complete compliance with universal laws.

What Happens After Death?

There’s so much that is unknown about existence.
We are here but a brief while in this consciousness
That we know as daily living reality.
We know that our physical eyes aren’t meant to see
All there is to be seen. We do not have access
To the state we all came from. It makes little sense.

We who are called survivors are steeped in mourning
For the one who’s now missing from this dimension.
We have lost all connection for all that we know.
There is no way that we can express our sorrow
At its deepest. The only thing that can be done
Is to get back into the business of living.

The one who has departed does experience
Something absolutely wonderful compared to
What is here and what we feel and what they did feel.
The release from the heaviness they see as real.
It’s a dream they’ve awoken from. Their broader view
Is what we living miss here. It still makes no sense.

But from there they experience a life review
Where they feel everything they’ve done to everyone.
Once that’s finished they’re welcomed into a new world
Where all of their potential is freely unfurled.
We survivors see this not as a solution.
It remains a most difficult time to go through.

Soul Trap

Through the contrast that happens here, it is easy
To be thoroughly obsessed with horrible scenes,
And what complicates things is the creative mind
That comes up with stories of the scariest kind.
Contact with what is unknown by any known means
Can be vague and fallacious to a high degree.

There are no negative beings with the power
To influence a person to do something wrong.
They’re contained in their own world and can do no harm.
If you’re having bad luck there’s no need for alarm.
There’s a practical reason, and it won’t be long
Before you’ve figured it out… far less than an hour.

We create our reality through our actions
Which are driven by our beliefs, and our systems
Of logic produce evidence that we perceive.
This will reinforce what we already believe.
There’s nothing in the real world that either condemns
Or administers sorrow for we wicked ones.

So, a trap is something that only works when you
Don’t know that it’s there. That’s how you fall into it.
The real trap is the story you are being told.
If you do not believe it you can’t be controlled.
You can use logic for maximum benefit
To dispel horror stories that some people spew.

Pain Relief

All pain is resistance to the natural self.
Everyone has one that is in excellent shape,
But that self is a counterpart of your body.
If you stub your toe, the message may simply be
‘Watch your step’ because it was a narrow escape.
Sadly, the only word that rhymes with ‘self’ is ‘shelf.’

Let’s say you have an expectation that something
Will occur but it doesn’t and then you resist
The process that’s unfolding which causes you pain.
You act on it, but everything done is in vain.
The intensity of it cannot be dismissed.
You are caught in the trap of overreacting.

You are not buying into the natural flow
Of how things unfold in your life, understanding
Not that things are occurring to give you the chance
To know more about yourself, so the circumstance
Of the pain that is present is an offering
Of a wonderful opportunity to grow.

Whether your pain be physical or of the mind
Know that in it there is a magnificent clue
Regarding what is needed for your wellbeing.
Pain can sometimes help us toward better seeing
Things we do to ourselves without our meaning to.
This message is designed for all of humankind.
